1st day of a big repair of water damage to my house and Eric and Zach did an awesome job on the demolition. They were polite and curteous, cleaned up after they were done for the day and explained everything to me step by step. If the rest of this job goes this way, I will highly recommend Pioneer Restoration for home repairs.
Update... 2 years later we pulled up the carpet to replace floors. They left swollen plywood and pieced in a piece of particle board that is too small for the hole so there are gaps going clear thru the subfloor, can see the dirt under the house. Floor is uneven due to swollen plywood. Definitely not what I expected to find 2 years later!!

While in Home Depot with my daughter looking for circulating fans to purify the air, Dylan handed us his business card and explained that his company had fan rentals that would meet our needs. His attitude and positivity really shed a light on a difficult time.

While in search for a fan to circulate and clean the smokey air in our house, Dylan referred Pioneer Construction and Restoration to us. He explained the services offered and was very helpful by offering rental fans and handing us business cards. We were definitely pointed in the right direction!

Nothing but good comes from this company, and the employees the work there are all top notch. I would highly recommend. A neighbor of mine had a job done by Pioneer during winter and had a leak in their roof which caused water damage to their ceiling. On accident one of the technicians stepped through the attic floor due to the poor condition and into the room below (not his fault), without missing a beat this company made it right by fixing the ceiling as if it had never happened in a very timely manner. It literally looked like it was brand new. I was REALLY impressed. Very professional company, I would highly recommend.

Their construction team did a thoroughly outstanding job on rebuilding the floor on the end of our house after a washing machine overflowed and ruined the subfloor. Had some really, really bad water damage at a property in Bend. Like, this was real bad. We needed to get it repaired and cleaned as soon as possible to get back to business. Pioneer swooped in like Batman and took care of it very quickly and thoroughly, with the upmost professionalism. Justin in particular was fantastic and took great care of us during a time of stress. Highly recommended.
