Does good work, had an issue he worked on it, something seemed off still, he went threw it again replaced more things cleaned things up, at no additional charge, he stands by his warranty on repairs, I will be using Redmond auto experts again in the future for any needs.

Amazing service! Very impressed with their insight and knowledge. Helped me diagnose a very difficult wheel vibration issue at a very reasonable cost. Will return for all my car repairs and am sending all my friends as well.

Started out great, now been nothing but heart ache. I understand things happen. But communication goes a long way. This has been on going for 3 or 4 months now. We get it people are busy. Thats why we suggested another shop to valvoline. No communication. Had our truck this time for 4 days and didnt even open it, or had courtesy to tell us they are sick. Just saying, communication is key.

Although Redmond Auto didn’t actually service our POS rental car while we were visiting for a festival from Las Vegas, he went out of his way on a holiday to point me to a shop that could help me. If I hadn’t
been able to find one he would have come in on Labor Day to help us get things sorted out. Genuinely appreciate the mechanics of Redmond that came together (unknowingly) to help two women get back to Vegas!!

Hands down the BEST shop I’ve ever taken my truck to. The service was absolutely top notch from start to finish. Communication was clear, honest, and straight-shooting the whole way through. My truck hasn’t run this good in YEARS! It feels smooth, powerful, and finally fixed right after another shop left me hanging with it running rough.
Alli is one of the nicest, most genuine guys you’ll ever meet, and you can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. He’s got a customer for life in me. If you want your vehicle treated right the first time, with no BS, this is the place.

Best automotive repair shop in town! Allis schedule me the next day. And my M3 was in and out with new down pipes in a couple hours at a very reasonable price, Really recommend!

My car blew a wheel bearing and was stuck on the side of the road on a Friday and Alli told me to get it towed to his shop. Rebuilt my whole front end all weekend and it was ready for me on that next Monday. I dont think i ever had mechanic service like that in my life! 10/10 service every time i go to this guy! Will take everything i owe here from here on out

My Ram had about $4000 worth of work that needed to be done quickly. Not only did the R.A.C.E. team get it done quickly, but my truck hasn’t run this well, this clean, or been this responsive in some time. Money well spent with great communication from the shop.

Simply amazing! We were driving to Smith Rock Park when the check engine light came on my BMW X5. Got my vehicle in the early Saturday morning (7:30am), Allistar ran a quick diagnosis, unfortunately the issues cannot be fixed on spot, but he assured that the vehicle can be safely driving back to Seattle. He discussed several options with me, and even wrote down some suggestions for my mechanics to check out. Allistar topped it all off by not charging me a dime! Definitely I would come here if in Redmond Bend areas. Highly recommended!! Thank you Allistar!
