My 3 in 1 desktop computer was taken over by someone evil. I turned everything off right away and brought it into Redmond Computers. Right away they told me not to worry, they would handle everything. They called me THE NEXT MORNING with my computer DONE! It’s now at home, and it’s like a brand new unit. What a great business they have! I will always depend on them.

It was 3 weeks before Christmas and of course the worst happens our son’s highly loved modem crashed! His heart was broken and being that with the holiday we had so many other expenses to handle we were understandably stressed! My husband found this family owned local business and brought the computer in. We had multiple concerns not really knowing much about these computer components they fixed everything for us and helped us know what to do differently in the future. We are thankful for their help and amazing service.

GREAT SERVICE! We had an online banking scare where maybe someone was able to access our account. The bank representative suggested we have our computer scanned right away. RC&IS was able to get us in that day --- and it was ready to come home CLEAN the very next day. WHAT A RELIEF! Thank you

I just got off the phone with Sean from Redmond Computers. I was having a problem getting my printer to print anything from my computer. In less than 15 minutes, Sean was able to identify and fix the problem. Initially I took my computer into their store as I was not able to get into it due to a virus. They successfully fixed that and as a customer I was given 1 year of free service via virtual connection. I have used this service several times before this and each time the outcome was great. I highly recommed using Redmond Computers!

Bought a laptop from this owner (Michael) and have had some challenges with it that required I call him. He is the biggest douchebag I have ever encountered in a service business, you cannot even ask him a question as he cuts you off, has a perpetual shitty attitude toward customers, etc etc. I have no idea how he stays in business. I would avoid this place until this ugly person is gone from it.

A couple of years ago I took my iPhone to a small computer shop in a small strip mall in downtown Redmond. This shop provided great customer service. Unfortunately, when I encountered a problem with my iPhone today (7/7/2023) I had forgotten the name of the computer shop I used a couple of years ago. I did a Google search and saw that Redmond Computers & Internet Services is in a small strip mall in downtown Redmond, so thinking this was the right shop I brought my iPhone in so they could have a look.I was promptly greeted by a nice woman and her dog. I described the symptoms and the phone was given to a tech to take a look at it. Now keep in mind that this shop clearly advertises free diagnosis so I was expecting them to look at, tell me their interpretation of the underlying issue, and then tell me how much it would be to fix it. Instead, the technician came out and said I needed a new charging cord because there were no issues when the phone was on is charging cables. OK, I can take care of that myself so I'll just take my phone and go, right?Wrong! The owner said, "Charge him for 15 minutes of labor at $100/hour." Wait ... what? What happened to free diagnosis? I would like this business to do the right thing and give me back my money. They didn't give me a free diagnosis they gave me a paid diagnosis.Oh, by the way, the great computer store I had used the first time turned out to be Simplify Simple and they had moved to a larger facility near Fred Meyer. They will get all of my business going forward.

Michael upgraded our old laptop with a new static drive and more memory. This has made the startup and running apps so much faster, making my spouse very happy. With his professional guidance in helping to transfer the data from the old drive to new one was seamless and easy. Appreciated Michaels knowledge of how to get the most performance with least amount of cost. Recommend Redmond Computers for all your computer repairs and upgrades.
