Wow! Redmond Easy Storage was just what we needed. Moving to a new house from out of state, we rented a storage location here for 20 months and were very pleased: super clean, very secure and easy to access. Fantastic site management, super website and payment process. Thanks!!

I have enjoyed keeping my personal belongings at Redmond Easy Storage.
I would recommend Redmond Easy Storage any time, and I will be suggesting anyone that lives in the Bend/Redmond area.
They are fantastic.

Raised my rent approx. 10% after less than a year due to "high demand".
Can't be bothered to plow or shovel snow in a timely matter in the winter.
Not impressed and price gouging due to high demand is bad business.

Unfortunately they have a rodent issue. Mice and mice poop everywhere in my unit. Fortunately I caught it before any serious damage occurred but had to clean everything. Told management and was told "you won't be getting a refund" even though I hadn't asked for one.
They earn back a star for otherwise being great at customer service. The sign up process was easy and smooth and the place is modern (for a storage unit) with good security. Just wish it didn't have mice.

Excellent customer service! These people aim to please! The whole process from start to finish has been smooth and easy! The hiccups that came up were easily remedied and Dawn and Bill have gone above and beyond my expectations! Highly, highly recommended to everyone!

Dawn and Bill the staff at Redmond Easy Storage have been amazing. I have been storing my stuff there for almost 4 years and the whole time they have been amazing from day one. I have nothing but great things to say about them and the facility that my belongings are kept in. The grounds are well kept. I recommend them every chance I get to family and friends. Thank you Dawn for all you have done for us. You wonderful. ?

I was a tenant for several years. I absolutely Love this storage place it is clean and safe and secure. The managers that work there, Bill and Dawn are such amazing people and were so understanding and great. I would suggest this storage facility to someone looking for a place with really great caring people that work there. They were always there to answer the phone and were an amazing team. Thank you Bill and Dawn and Redmond Easy Storage for being there when I needed to store my important items.

These units are infested with rodents! We had a terrible experience storing our things here. One day we went to the unit to discover rodent droppings and urine on almost everything. When we contacted management, they explained they are not liable (it’s all in the fine print) and our insurance should cover it. Word to the wise, make sure your insurance covers rodent damage (many policies don’t because it’s such a frequent issue!). One nice thing I will say is that they allowed us to move our things into a different unit so we could sort through the mess, free of charge… But that unit had rodents as well. We had to have all of our upholstery professionally cleaned, which was expensive. Management still claims no liability and that they are doing “their best” to resolve the issue, but they’re not. The neighboring unit told me that they had been having this issue since January. Friends of ours that had rented units at this facility had the same problem, they moved out two months before us. So months and months have gone by and the problem has not gotten better, but worse. When we were on the phone with management at one point, they said the cause is probably because of the field next door. So they are aware of the issue! When we rented the units, we were not informed of this issue, which we feel is our right to know. That’s why I’m sharing this review. Tread lightly!
