Recently moved to Central Oregon and had yet to establish a vet for my dog when it came time for her to cross the rainbow Bridge. The staff here were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to comfort not only my girl but us as well. I would 100% reccomend them and we will continue going here in the future.

Dr. Mike and his staff have all been amazing. I know every time I have to leave my chihuahua with them that he is in excellent hands. They are all compassionate and take the time to listen, explain and do everything they can to help and truly care about the animals in their care. Nicole has also gone above and beyond every time I bring Hurley in.

***HORRIBLE***HORRIBLE***HORRIBLE******DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE***I took my dog here for a broken leg, they were very responsive in checking him out, scheduled surgery a week later. Then killed him on the table. They used excuses like "well the surgery was a week later so who knows what happened" and "sometimes these things happen with perfectly healthy pets" and "I know we didnt communicate the risk of death, but it is what it is". Followed by "I'm really, really sorry for your loss, but if you want we can cremate him today at a discount." Later when questioning the bill, the vet responded with "There wasn't any medical malpractice, I can assure you. So you will need to pay your bill for the surgery also." The "surgery" that was supposed to be a write off according to him. A year later, I get a collection notice for the FULL AMOUNT as if I hadn't paid for anything, after confirming my balance was zero. DO NOT USE THIS VET!

Over priced on all things charged. I was shocked to find their office exam fee had gone up from 58 to 75 since last using them. Way over priced on their worming products. It’s a shame this forces me to drive to Prineville for my vet services.

Dr Mike, Nicole, Ann, Kimber and the rest of the team have all been amazing to work with. We recently went through a very difficult situation with our kitty Olli, who was not an easy patient. Dr Mike and the whole team went so far above and beyond in their kindness and caring for Olli as he went through surgery, diagnostics, various procedures, hospitalization and home care. They were so helpful guiding us as to how to care for Olli at home. In the end we had to say goodbye to our feisty but incredibly loved kitty. Dr Mike was so kind and gentle with Olli and with us while making that difficult decision. I think he felt as sad about it as we did. I simply can't say enough about the excellent care and kindness at Rimrock Vet Clinic. Thank you Dr Mike. Thank you Nicole, Ann, Kimber and the whole team. You guys are the best.

I had to say goodbye to my sweet Fridadog. Its the hardest thing you have to do but it is the kindest. Dr. Mile was wonderfully kind and understanding. So was the staff. I've worked for vets before and Dr Mike is one of the best. I miss my Frida terribly. I pick up her ashes tomorrow.

I absolutely love Dr. Mike and the staff at Rimrock, as does my dog, Hurley. They’ve always been so accommodating and on top of everything we need. They truly feel like old friends. Special shout out to Nicole for being amazing and lovely!

Dr Mike was attentive to my pets. However, I cannot give more than a 1 star review because of how offensive I was treated by staff member Nicole when I brought my pet in one morning causing me to feel so hurt that I left in tears. I didn't leave my pet there and vowed never to return. Dr Mike graciously apologized for the behavior of his employee but I'm sure that wasn't the first and only time. I've never been treated so terribly by anyone in an establishment before in my entire life. Because I care about who treats my animals and that they do so with the utmost of love and kindness, and that they show respect to me as patient owner, we'll be seeing someone else. I'm sorry it won't be Dr Mike, unfortunately.

A+ to Rimrock Vet! My best friend is a vet so the Dr. had big shoes to fill. He was very thorough with his evaluation and took the time to educate me about my dog's health. Rimrock will see my pets for life! Thanks Rimrock!
