Real wise property management is a part of Rouge they will take your application fee and deny you even for only bad credit. I am a domestic violence survivor and a single mom on housing with a voucher they had no problem taking my money knowing after I told them that my credit was bad but later denied me for it. Pack of rental history was because my abuser burned my house down. I had to live in my car for 3 years! ad credit. You guys suck

My experience with this company was very poor. My girlfriend and I make over 160k a year. We applied for a home to rent and were the first to apply. We filled out all the paperwork and waited. After a couple weeks we had to reach out to them because we had not heard anything back. Emails went unanswered, phone calls to return our calls were ignored. When we finally did get to talk with someone we were told they were finishing up our paperwork. This is where they screw you! They don't operate on a first come first serve basis like ALL other rental companies. Rogue takes as many applicants as they can and the money to apply from everyone that has applied. This is why it takes so long to hear anything back and big bucks for them. We offered to pay the full year lease upfront for the home we applied for. Neither of us have any debt, and again we were the first to apply. We were told they selected another candidate. So after weeks of trying to get a answer, and applications fees for us both, it all was just a waste of our time and money. If a place is listed with Rogue Real Estate we wont even bother to look at it. I highly recommend using another company then to try and jump through their loopholes.

I will never even consider renting from Rouge again. We applied and walked through one of their properties here in Redmond and we're very interested but the woman (I forget her name) who gave us the walk through literally said to us" I wouldn't even bother putting in an application if u don't have perfect credit ." We couldn't believe this incredibly rude remark. The other staff was rude and act like they are doing u a favor.

Fantastic property management company. Matt Mason and his team do a fantastic job responding to any issues that the tenants face and the main office teams in redmond are amazingly professional and friendly. easily the best property management team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I’ve had a great working relationship with Rogue Property Management. I’m a landlord with rentals in Roseburg and anytime I need help filling vacancies they are quick to send various handymen and contractors in a timely manner! I would highly recommend Rogue Real Estate!

This business is a sham, I've never heard of anyone actually renting from them. In 2018, they encouraged my roommates and I to apply to rent a house, ensuring that we'd get accepted, and took $45 from each of us ($225 total) for application fees. With no reason whatsoever, they didn't accept us. We were all accepted for the following property we applied for (with a different rental company), and I have lived at this property for 4 years. I am a good tenant, and there's no reason to not accept me. They are clearly crooks who make their money stealing "application fees."

I am honestly baffled that this management company is able to successfully rent any units with how they handle their application process. I should have checked these reviews before wasting a month of my life on them. We are trying to relocate to Central Oregon right now for a job so our situation is time sensitive. Over a month ago we applied for one unit through Rogue, after a week of nothing happening they requested more from us via email. That's fine, we responded and provided the necessary documents and follow up questions IMMEDIATELY...no response. One day goes by, two days, three days, a week; you get it. Then the posting disappears. So we immediately apply for another one and I call. "Oh well the first one that you applied for was rented (obviously, thanks for the timely update and for actively following up on our application) but we are transferring your application to the next unit that you applied for." So then I am pretty blunt, "what is it that you need from us to get this through?" I explain our situation, that our mission is time sensitive and that we will do whatever it takes to make this happen. Jose from screening gives me a list of needed documents. I thank him, hang up and we get to work getting what we need, we send them off and call him to confirm that he got them. Fine good. Your application is complete. Then silence. More days go by so I call again and low and behold they needed another document from my employer that they didnt mention before and emailed my employer two days prior but haven't heard back. Mind you they also didnt tell me they needed this and didnt bother updating me. I hang up, reach out to my employer and within 20 minutes of hanging up with Jose I receive email confirmation from my employer that they just sent the form. I email rogue to confirm immediately. Then I call, no answer. That was Thursday afternoon during business hours. Friday I called 3 times and was told that screening would call me back, they never did. I emailed again. Monday I called 3 times, 2 of those times no answer, one of those times I was instructed to leave a message for screening. Called a 4th time and it went straight through to screening, interesting, it's like they know my phone number. Jose from screening informs me that they havent received the form from my employer, again, they didnt check their emails or bother following up with me. So now I am getting pretty upset, I say "OK so if I get you this form today is that truly the last thing you need and what kind of timeframe are we looking at and is this unit still available?" The response that I receive: "actually I do show that someone was approved for this unit today"I know this was long but I just want to show the absolute craziness that they will put you through. Their customer service is beyond lacking. If you can rent through anyone else, PLEASE DO!

You're telling me no one can have pets in all your buildings. So a family can't teach their kids how to be responsible? No pets including tanked animals? I find this to be really rude because anyone should be able to have companionship. Maybe a pet helps them to keep calm. The other issue is no one person can afford rent by themselves. Prices are way too high. This isn't Portland, make things affordable

Rogue Real Estate is just like any other property manager I have run across. They are in the business of cash flowing their clients' properties.************RENTERS BEWARE!***********We lived in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1500SF house for over 5 years with me, my wife, and 5 children. Our experience was fine as far as rent increases go, but we knew we would be in for a treat when we decided to move out after talking with their maintenance guy. apparently they charge $55 base + $3 (labor and material) per outlet and light switch cover plate. If you don't replace one cover, you're down $58. We spent the better part of a week off and on before we moved and then 2 solid days between me and my wife cleaning and repairing nicks and dings in the walls. I am a painting contractor so I know how to prep a surface. Every single pinhole was filled, spot primed, and textured. We received an email stating they planned on painting anyway since we had been in the house for over 5 years. We left that place in as good condition as you could get with 2 adults and 5 children living in it! All it needed was some detail cleaning and paint. Maybe an hour outside straightening up the yard SINCE WE LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. I have never lost a deposit in all my years of renting. Not once. These guys dinged us on every turn. We changed the furnace filters 1-2 days before we vacated. We changed every bulb in the house. We made sure to replace all outlet and switch cover plates that were missing or broken. We replaced screens. THEY STILL CHARGED US $1,746.25 FOR A 1500 SF HOUSE!These people are thieves and dishonest when it comes to security deposits. Everything we left would be considered "normal wear and tear" by any realistic person with half a brain. See you clowns in court!

With covid and living in Florida, it was not possible for us to personally walk through homes in Bend and Redmond. Nora Spangler of Rogue Real Estate did a fantastic job working with us to find a house and make a successful bid. We picked Nora based on her videos on YouTube and online reviews. We found her to be the same enthusiastic and knowledgeable person you see in the videos. She worked hard on our behalf after our bid for a new construction home was accepted, providing virtual tours during different stages and useful advice and recommendations. She is the best realtor we have ever had! Thank you, Nora!

Rogue Real Estate Property Management gave me the most infuriating, unprofessional real estate experience of my life.I was approved for a rental property on August 26th after a very prolonged application process. However, they refused to give me a tour — in-person or virtual. They even refused to send me more pictures of the property (the listing only showed parts of the home and property). They claimed they didn't do showings of any kind because of COVID.Current tenants are set to move out 9/30 — just four days after I had been approved. Understanding COVID sensitivities, I suggested they take more pictures —or give me a virtual walk-through — after tenants move out in just a few days. This would to avoid any COVID issues. They refused and demanded $3350 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours with no exceptions."A lot of people rent sight unseen," the woman said."Heaven help them," I replied.I refused to give them a deposit for a home they flat-out refused to show to me. There's no way I am giving you $3350 for a home I haven't even laid eyes on.The long and short is: The housing market is hot near Bend. So this company has discovered they don't have to lift a single finger, they don't have to perform even the tiniest bit of customer service and they'll still make money. If Rogue Real Estate refuses to even snap pictures of a property, I shudder to think how they treat their tenants during their lease.Shame on you, Rogue Real Estate, for doing even less than the bare minimum. Show some respect to your prospective tenants and at least try — just even a tiny bit. Sending pictures of the home to the approved applicant before the deposit is sent is standard operating procedure. You should be ashamed.

Speaking from a tenant perspective this company is doing a great job. We've been in our home for 6 months now. The tenant portal for payments is easy and convenient. The company is easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Lastly, I wanted to say our our fridge went out recently and within 12 hours of the call to rogue a new fridge was installed. Thanks Rogue!

After finding a property to rent on Craigslist through rogue real estate and property management we contacted them and filled out our application. After not hearing anything from them for a few days we reached out and to our suprise we had to go through even more verification and fill out more paper work. again After not hearing from them for yet another 3 days we reached out again. They proceeded to tell us that we were going to need 15k in savings even though our income is over 3x the monthly rent. After almost 3 weeks we have had nothing to show other than them giving us the run around. We jumped through hoops and over every hurdle they threw at us they came back with "one of the co applicants doesn't qualify". When we called they told us that because she lived only with family her entire life that her rental history was not "un-biased". How is an everyday common family supposed to get a place to rent from this company when it seems they only want wealthy clients and string you along the whole time. When I asked the manager how we could overcome this perdicament she started telling me that even she would be screwed because she's been living with her boyfriend for the last 7 years it would not beable to use that rental history. She then went on that she would have to go back 3 years before that and use that history but it states rental history is supposed to be " the last 3 years". I had advocated that she was pretty much telling us to lie but obviously denied that, but the what she told me would be lying. I would not and will not recommend this company to my worse enemy or anyone else.

Short version: These people will waste your time, your (higher than average) application fee, and then give you attitude for it. They also blatantly lie to the customer.I attempted to rent a property in the Roseburg area and was looking at a couple places. Eventually I settled on Sutherlin. I submitted my application and punched in my credit card for the fee.First thing is it took them about 2 seconds to charge my card but almost 2 weeks to *START* the application process. They took their time gathering information and would call and re-call a previous landlord and ask for stuff to be submitted that was already sent to them. Just one example of a dumb, inefficient, and disorganized process. There's so many stupid things they requested that I had to explain to them that it would take awhile to list them all, but for me the kicker was when their screener actually suggested that *I* call a previous landlord to get the process moving. I'm a customer, I'm not going to do their job for them, and it was wildly unprofessional that they asked me.Then after all this time of waiting to do things at the last minute, they told me I was approved on Friday 5pm before the 4th of July holiday weekend. The letter said I needed to get my deposit to them within 24 hours, which is already a pain since they're 3 hours away. The main issue was that all the offices were closed through the holiday weekend, no one answering calls or emails until I spammed every address I could find and got a response the next day.Something else with this demand is that I was never actually allowed to tour the property inside. I had gone there myself and checked it out from the outside and looked in the windows. This is key because after all this jerking me around I told them that I would give them the deposit AFTER I got a chance to tour the inside of the place I was renting. I told them I would drive down with a cashier's check and if things looked good I'd hand it to them. I'm being beyond reasonable to them. Then the breaking point was when the response to that small demand was that the person answering my emails told me that the property couldn't be shown because it was still occupied. Well... I told her that I had looked through the window and around the property and it was completely empty, so she was either lying or misinformed. She tried to come back at me about making an honest mistake and mixing it up with another Sutherlin property. This was another lie since I had been looking at their listings and if there was another property in Sutherlin I would have checked it out. In other words, she lied about her other lie in a failed attempt to make me feel bad about calling her out. Very unprofessional.I also want to add that EVERY TIME I emailed or spoke to them on the phone they always mentioned that they had people lined up out the door to rent the properties, trying to pressure people into complying with their stupid process and never questioning anything, and to get them the money that they demand IMMEDIATELY. This company is what would happen if a crackhead became a business.This. Company. Sucks. and so do many of the people working there. They wasted a ton of my time and my money and insulted me with their dishonesty. Don't do business with them and hopefully the company will go under some day for everyone's benefit. You've all been warned.
