I try to avoid busy times and the lines go pretty fast. During busier times, they often have two workers at the check out. The staff is friendly and always smiling. They fill my prescriptions fast and text me when it’s ready. I think it’s one of the better pharmacies I’ve been to in terms of convenience and speed. Also, they always have my prescriptions. Thank you!

The worker Dani, did not do anything in her power to be quiet and made me feel quite embarrassed in front of several bystanders as I walked away.

Whoever is answering the phones today is one of the very worst customer service people I have ever encountered. I could hear her rolling her eyes through the phone for deigning to call and check on my prescription. I literally hung up laughing because it’s almost like she was trying to parody a snarky, lowest possible effort Gen Z mean girl.
Giving 3 stars I guess because otherwise I like this pharmacy. But man, what an experience.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in Central Oregon. The wait takes forever only to find out no over the counter Sudafed…maybe put a sign up so we don’t have to waste 45 minutes of our life in a line at Safeway…

Easy refills gives them a star, but every time I'm there 3 or 4 people are looking at computers in the back while 1 person helps a line 20 deep of people. They obviously have zero interest in helping their customers.

They are incredibly slow. The guy helping was nice but the long line and being told to come back later after already waiting 30 minutes and being told it would be ready was pretty frustrating.

Less than helpful is an understatement. I've never had so much pushback trying to put my insurance on my medication. My standard, run of the mill insurance that my other pharmacy had absolutely zero issue finding when provided the member ID. The staff at this location simply refuses to do any extra steps to help their patients. As someone who works in health, helping people with their insurance every day, it is extremely frustrating and disheartening.

Hands down easily the best pharmacy in Redmond I implore you to find a better one because it's not possible considerate extremely helpful especially Job came in on a Saturday and he was the only one behind the counter like everywhere nowadays it's hard to find help where people who want to work he was holding it down all by himself when is cashier was on a deserved lunch I've tried going to Walgreens and Rite Aid and what a disaster Fred Meyer is a distant second even with their new Pharmacy not sure if any of the people who work there read this but just would like to say sincerely thank you

I was visiting my Prineville property from my current home in CA when my visit was unexpectedly extended. As a result, I needed an urgent refill of my meds. Safeway was able to quickly verify the script in their system and refill it in the Redmond location. They were both courteous and efficient.
