I had dyed my hair in the past and with white coming in I decided to change it all one color. I was quoted $250.00 to fix it. Went to Sallys and met Jessica and with her advise my daughter stripped the color. We then made my hair a strawberry blonde. The product Jessica recommended was so gentle and my hair is great. The help I recieved was clear and help fix a problem that effected my self esteem. Thank you so much.

Not helpful one never got helped I would have spent over 80. But they were in the back gossiping about co workers. Yes I was able to hear all they were saying. As a customer that was not right. As well as not getting helped. I put it all back and decided I was not going to buy anything from here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been to this Sally’s many times and not once had a good experience. Workers always have an attitude, aren’t helpful, and have a judgmental look on their face. My advice, if you can’t be friendly or don’t have a good personality don’t work in retail or customer service. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I went in last week for some condition treatment. The woman behind the register was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed me a half a dozen different ones until I found what I thought would work. Excellent excellent customer service!!! I will be back. Sandi

Site says they have something in stock at the store when they actually don't. Tried calling 3 times and when straight to voicemail after 2 rings then after 3 rings. Apparently the employees don't want to answer the phone?

I usually love going into Sally's and experience great customer service. I don't know if I was coming off a certain way or what, but I was greeted nicely & hen by the time I got to the register with my items I was not treated so great. The person in front of me got a warm welcome & got asked if she got everything she needed and so on. When I approached the front desk I got a look, I have very curly hair & use products that may not look like I need because I am on the whiter side but am also Spanish (not trying to make this a race thing, don't know if she just wasn't in a good mood when she got to me or what), but I got zero customer service when I got to the front. The cashier said hello & seemed friendly but after I put all my products down I got a look like mhm are you sure your getting the right things and then got no other conversation didn't even verify if it was me for the rewards number or anything. Over all just not a pleasant time there and if anything I'm just going to shop online or not shop there at all...

I like Sally’s because they do have good products, however there have been multiple times now where I come to this location and they aren’t open when they should be. This is way inappropriate considering the time it takes me to drive there, just to get bummed out that I can’t get what I need because someone doesn’t feel like showing up to work. I checked the website and even called the customer service line just to make sure store hours didn’t change. I’ve been sitting in my car now for about an hour still waiting for someone to open the store. Hopefully they will get their act together soon because this is ridiculous.

Most Sally's are pretty reliable and consistent and this one is no different. They have everything you need when it comes down to beauty supplies!
