We love the atmosphere and the communal areas to work, in addition to having a varied menu, coffee and full bar. The terrace is pleasant to work or spend time with friends. And they support local artists and

BEWARE! I booked a two night stay almost 2 months in advance via their website. Received an email confirmation. My travel plans changed and I had to cancel it. The confirmation email does not have a link that allows you to cancel it by email/web. You have to call them. So I called them 3days in advance and canceled it over the phone. Was told I would receive a confirmation email shortly. I never did. Thank goodness I checked the next day, which was two days in advance, and learned from the front desk they did not have me canceled. I would’ve been charged for a full night, over $220, if I didn’t follow up. Why don’t they have a link within the confirmation email that would allow you to cancel? You can’t cancel from their website either. I also tried contacting them through their website chat feature, which never responded to me other than a message that said we may respond via email at a later time. What a joke. I won’t be staying at this hotel in the future. If you have to, I suggest booking through one of the major travel sites since they have cancellation links embedded in their confirmation email.

This place has a great feel. The rooms are very comfortable and ones we have stayed in have lots of natural light. The lobby is roomy and inviting and there is a great bar. It is extremely good value and there is even a bar drink included in the price.Easy walking distance to many restaurants too.

An adorable hotel in Redmond? What?!? A friend found this gem and insisted we spend our last night in central Oregon here. My room was lovely- bright, lovely decor, wonderfully creaky wood floors, a great shower and a really comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the lobby and adjacent areas were all comfortable and relaxing. Really a place to rest and recuperate while you explore the area. I'll totally be back.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Redmond while attending an event, this is the place. Walking distance to several tap houses and live music. Best place to stay when enjoying a concert at General Duffy's Watering Hole. Don't forget happy hour at Wayfarer in the lobby.

Very secure, after hours an attendant must come open the door for you. I like that. It is much bigger than it looks. It's old and fun inside lots of history and cool things to look at, kinda creepy too. Fun. Has 3 or 4 levels only went to the third floor but I know I'll be going back to check out the rest in the very near future, nice respectable staff.

I was here during a huge snowstorm and my departing flight was cancelled. The hotel was so kind and accommodating. They were willing to waive my extra night when I was able to get out on an earlier flight. It was very kind of them to allow this and I’m so grateful for their flexibility and kindness!

If you are looking for an amazing, one of a kind, unique hotel, this is the one. An old building that has been refurbished and turned into a funky, hip, and chic hotel for people of all kinds. Excellent for relaxing, fantastic lobby, rooms are great, all the amenities, and if you thought of it, they have thought of it first!
