Friendly staff. Clean units easy to access. Lovely landscaped and securely fenced property. In-person and assistance by telephone gives the feeling that staff care (because they do). Having a manager live on site provides that extra layer of security, assistance, and oversight.

Jem and Taylor were incredible!!! We are so grateful for their help. My aunt stored at this facility for many years and she recently passed. Jem gave us all of the information we needed to be able to get the proper documentation so that she could allow us into the unit. Taylor was very helpful and he also gave us waters and some candy to keep us fueled for our 8hour trip home after clearing out the unit. It’s silly, but it’s such a wonderful and thoughtful touch to what was a very hard circumstance.

Excellent customer service! We had a unit that I thought had been emptied out by a previous employee and had not been. Just spoke with Jem, who was incredibly thoughtful and has had to pick up the pieces of clearing this storage for me, I am not local and the storage had been donated for a non profit.

I have storage units at Redmond and Prineville. Both staffs are great. Hard to find any better ones in Central Oregon.

I like that my price didn't go up when they raised their prices. I also like that the security is not just on the gate but also individual sheds.

This is by far the best storage facility that I have ever used! It is super secure, well maintained, just all very professional. The customer service is incredible! The nice lady (Gem) in the office goes above and beyond with any help you may need with making payments or securing additional units for any future storage needs. Secure Storage in Redmond Oregon is worth the drive from anywhere, or worth the wait for an opening unit. If for any reason you need extra storage, do yourself a favor and check here first!
