My husband and I have been banking through Selco Community Credit Union for quite a few years... although we opened our account at a different location which treated us well, but Central Oregon locations have been treating us very well since our move here making us feel like we've been coming here for all those years! They answer any questions we have, help us with any concerns or suggestions, overall very welcoming! Thank you to all the staff!

How did I not know about SELCO sooner!?
I've been using Credit Unions for decades. I recently needed to open a checking account for a small organization I'm part of. I decided on SELCO so my fellow members could come on as signers (even though they live outside Redmond and will visit a different branch).
Customer service was and always is lightning fast. The associates have always been helpful and welcoming. Tellers never give off the vibe, "Uh, you know you can do this at the ATM, right!?" even though I'm thinking it :) My kids like to enjoy a sucker when momma drags them on errands! So we always visit the teller inside. The branch is clean, bright, and welcoming.
I like this place and am happy I bank here.

We got our home equity loan through Selco. We had a great experience. They got us a great deal and the process was a breeze. We were able to pay off all our debt. Now we have one affordable payment with a better interest rate. Sandy was the one that helped us and she was very kind, professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend selco to anyone. Great credit union with competitive rates.
