Both gentlemen in this store are outstanding! Another shop in town really messed up, and simplify simple helped me with my laptop right away. All day long. Offered advice and was outstanding in customer service. This is where you need to take your electronics. You are in good hands. Trustworthy, kind, compassionate. These lovely people rescued the data from my Galaxy Note after it decided to violently backflip out of my hands into the corner of my kitchen counter. I watched Chris get more accomplished with my busted phone than I probably could've managed pre-acrobatics... These folks know what they're doing. And they're nice too. No off-putting tech snobbery. I'll definitely be using this place from here on out.

Rave, Simplify Simple computer repair, also known as High Desert computer repair, wanted to say what a great job these people do. If you need a computer fixed or just upgraded, they did all the work for me in one day. And they do it right the first time. They have a few used computers for sale, too. About 15% of the reviews on computers sold at Best Buy and Costco are bad stories, PC's dead right out of the box, problems that after many hours of trying never seem to get fixed. Well, if you just took it to these people they'd fix it for you first time, every time. I can't thank them enough. One of the few businesses I've seen with 84 Google reviews that are all 5 star, well, except one 4 star. I guess my review makes it 85? My pc works GREAT! Thanks guys! PS: Recently I was pricing some things and I called BestBuy in Bend, OR. Well, the local BestBuy stores no longer answer their phones, I got a guy in Texas, and he couldn't help me as he had no idea about our local Internet services. So they shuttled me around to different people including one woman who was just babbling and confused. After that experience I THANK GOD for the good people at Simplify Simple, I can trust them. And guess what? For the exact same services and equipement it was going to cost me $179 LESS with Simplify Simple!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys helped me out of a jam when my Samsung Flip 4 hinge got damaged and took out the top half of the screen. Verizon couldn't help because the screen did not work. They sent me to Simplify Simple. Those guys not only recovered all my pictures, phone book, etc. they also switched me to an old phone I had. They saved the day and it only took 2 hours!!!! I would recommend them to anyone have electronics problems and specially cell phone repair!
