The Lodge at Eagle Crest offers quiet premises in a beautiful surrounding area with friendly staff. However, rooms can be outdated, with some featuring broken elements like a non-working fireplace, TVs, or tile. The hot tub is described as tiny, full of debris, and not very warm. Website photos can be misleading, showing nicer secondary amenities. While some guests would stay again, expectations for a resort were not fully met.
Very dated hotel… didn’t feel warm or welcoming at all. Decoration feels old, rooms a bit dirty, and garderner annoying at 8

The wifi does not work and the phone was non-functional. Otherwise, the rooms are not as clean or nice as photos, but it is fine. Front desk was unable to fix the wi-fi (and I would never have stayed here knowing I couldn't work remotely from the room)

Rooms are outdated , smelled strongly of bleach. Avoid stone shower option in King suite . Scraped my toe my first night , couldn't enjoy the hot tub the second night.
