The owner made racist remarks to me outside because I was parked in his preferred spot (there was no sign marking this), when I tried to deescalate the situation, they started yelling racist slurs at me. Shouldn't expect any different of a local Redmond business I guess. What I really didn't expect was to have my personal phone number taken from their system and used to harass me over the next 3 weeks trying to run "my kind" out of town. Please don't support this business.

Outstanding customer service and excellent printing! Thalia in particular remembers me when I call or come in even if it’s been months since my last order. That is really special in this day of “doing the least to get by”. I went in there the first time to get some coupons printed in a hurry - which is a really small job for a professional outfit like this - but she did not make me feel small and handled my printing job like it was the most important thing she had going. Which I know of course it wasn’t. I got my silly little coupons while I waited and they were the best ones ever. After that experience I now take ALL my print jobs there. They are the best! 😎😁

A few years ago I used the Bend location, and they were fantastic. Excellent communication and had my cards ready in just a couple weeks. I even had flyers made and it took very little time as well. It's very unfortunate that they closed that location, because the Redmond store is just plain terrible. Truly horrendous communication. There has been little to no effort from Thalia to communicate or get the design and proofs finalized. This has been going on for at least 1.5 months. I have been in 3 times, have called in half a dozen times and have sent the same amount of emails trying to get my cards done, all to no avail. Last time we were in touch was during the holidays, and supposedly the proof didn't come out right. That was 3 weeks ago.This store sucks, and I'm personally calling Thalia out on her bad service and total lack of willingness or ability to get my cards done. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business somewhere else, and will be telling everyone to stay away from this store. You guys failed badly.

I’ve worked with Press Pros 2 years ago to have a banner made. Turned out great! Pebbles was amazing!
So Sept 13th. I decided to go with my green color in the logo. It came in on the 20th. It was grey, not even close to my color. It also had a flaw near the center. I emailed and returned it. Debra told me it’s the color my designer used similar to Canva (which my first logo was made using Canva colors). They said with the flaw they have have it remade. Btw- they do not make it there. Another company makes it and ships it to them. So I left them my business cards and a sticker. I said any of these colors. I had to call back twice to see if it was ordered. I needed it for Oct 7. Needless to say it was ordered yet.
So they hurried and picked a green and I okayed it. Came in on Oct 6th and it was worse then the first one!!!
Debra said that they didn’t charge me for the second one but they had to pay for it. I really don’t care! So they wouldn’t do anything about it and I spent $131.00 on a banner that doesn’t match my colors.
Never going back!!!

I use this business on a regular basis for booklets, flyers and copying. They have never been anything but professional and patient when I needed to make changes or corrections to a proof. I would recommend this company to anyone. The quality of the work is excellent, and they give veteran discounts. They will always be my "go to" printers.

I'm giving this place a 2 star because the prints were nice BUT they are not transparent with pricing, still made mistakes and I will not and do not recommend coming here. My fiancé called around looking for the best price to print out our wedding invitations. Bern quoted us $80 for 120 prints (40 of invites, 40 of detail and 40 of RSVPS). We also said we had our own paper we bought at the store that we'd like to use. She said the cost would probably go down then. However when we went to pick them up it still cost us $81. That's ok, fine. After checking the box, the order had been messed up. (She printed all rsvps and no detail cards). We called to let her know and she fixed the problem. We then noticed we had more invites and rsvps than we did the detail cards. Annoying but not the biggest deal. So we decided to use them for the Thank you cards despite the previous mistake and being charged the same as the quote even though she said it would come down. We also added 5 more of the cards she originally messed up. Being that we were ordering less cards and brought in our own paper, I wasn't expecting to pay more than the first round. We paid $84 for the thank you cards. When I called to ask why, she said there was miscommunication and thought she wanted us to score and fold them. I told her that is not what I wanted, I was simply letting her know how I wanted them printed off so that I, myself could finish my DIY. ESPECIALLY if I'm going to get charged extra for it. And if that were the case, we should of discussed a price but there was no such thing. Even on the receipt it only says for printing, no charges for cut and score so we don't know how much they decided to add on at the end for that. I understand paying for peoples time and for what they do but if someone doesn't ask you to cut and score cards for an additional fee, you shouldn't do it. I was never offered any sort of compensation just a sorry for the miscommunication...

The Printing Post is great! I needed business cards for a trade show when the ones my company ordered for me didn't arrive in time. I talked to Bern in the afternoon on a Friday, she was able to replicate my existing card design with just a photo and had new ones printed before the close of business that same day. The cards look great and I am still impressed by the quick efficient service. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Bern and crew!!
