“Large, clean, well organized store with better than average stuff. Most items priced pretty high for a thrift store, more like antique store pricing. Takes the fun out of thrifting, but looks like funds go to a good cause. Staff was very friendly.”

“A couple days ago I posted a review giving them one star because they did not clarify that the huge stack of jeans I purchased to try them on (their dressing room is still closed)would only give me a store credit not be refunded to my credit card. As I don't live in Redmond this wasn't convenient nor what I expected when they said they could credit me. When I contacted Robert at their store (the person who replied to my post) he was very accommodating and credited my card for the full amount. Thanks, we will be back next year”

“I visit several thrift stores weekly lol. What can I say I love thrifting:-). This being one of them. Let me begin with customer service, it is over the top here. Staff makes you feel very welcome. The store is clean. Prices vary. I feel that sometimes I find great deals and other times some things may be over priced. Their book selection is amazing! Prices on books are the best here. The store is well organized. They also have bidding on collection items! Won one of those :-). Definitely going back next week!!!”

“Took in a bunch of donation furniture. They were happy to not only receive but also help unload. Super friendly and willing to accept less than perfect items like other stores.”

“I met Lori ( I think that was her name) we talked about dogs cats kids and life, I was trying not to cry as I felt the Lord brought me there to meet her. I didn’t have winter clothes to start my new job, she was so wonderful and I bonded immediately and I am truly blessed to have found her and this wonderful place! Thank you! See you soon”

“This location is much more than a thrift shop. There is a drop-in center where someone can eat lunch, do a load of laundry, take a shower and use the internet free of charge! Plus there's a food pantry Tuesday and Thursday from 1 till 3. It's a wonderful wonderful place.”

“I am a regular Goodwill Shopper and routinely make donations to Goodwill. I have been to many a Goodwill in the Beaverton/Portland area and have to say that the Redmond Goodwill is a step above many others I've been in. It's clean and well organized. There is a good selection. I'm often looking for kitchen items, puzzles, shoes and other knick knacks.”
