Chris and his wife are awesome! We accidentally left an envelope with over $1,600 cash in the uhaul truck that we dropped off. Later that evening we realized what we did. We called Uhaul in Redmond with little hope we would get our cash from the vehicle, but Chris had his wife check the truck for us. They held it for us until we could get back to get it. It’s so nice to know there are still honest , good people in this world.

Exremely rude guy living in a trailer. Not sure who the clown left running the place but he came very close to getting a punch in the mouth with his loud aggressive manner. Apparently a faded old USMC flag makes grandpa think he's some sort of tough guy. From someone w/4 tours to Iraq/Afghanistan here's a clue: he isn't.

We rented from uhaul a truck from here. My son in law was moving me to another state. The house was in a weird location. He went to go in and proceeded to get yelled at by the owner because his dog was out, then he got pushed out of the gate and kept getting pushed to his car by the owner. In the car was my daughter and grandson, who had to wittness his dad being handled aggressively and watch his mom crying because she was scared for her husband. They called the police, but because of the move they could not stay. They then were expected to pay more for another truck, but at least the second uhaul place was professional. They were very shook up. My son in law is sore from the physical aggression, and then had to drive 24 hours. I think this uhaul should be shut down, the own needs to get psychiatric help or jail, and uhaul needs to think about who they do business through. Thank God for the worker there, because he was trying to hold the owner back.

Great customer service. When we thought maybe we need a bigger truck, Chris was super helpful and easy going. He was willing to work with us even at 8pm. If I needed to, I would use this location again.

100% amazing service. The owner was a very kind gentleman. When I called all of the other uhaul places they kept asking me for my debit card information when I was just asking about the service. They acted like that had no uhaul sand I had to give them info before they would tell me any information about the service. Not this guy he was amazing. Gave me all the info I asked him for didn’t try to put me through the ringer and he had a great attitude the entire time. He was cracking jokes and being silly he made the stressful day 100% less stressful. He let me pay with cash. We were about 30 minutes late to drop off and he didn’t even charge us for another day. When I had rented from the storage center uhaul off of 97 in Redmond the previous year they charged us for a whole extra day when we had been a few minutes late. They told me it was computer automated. Dinged me for another 39.99. If you want to rent a uhaul in Redmond I give this man my recommendation. I say he is amazing if I could give him ten stars I would. I have never had a uhaul place treat us like family before but he was great. I can not say enough good things. Thank you for your excellent customer service. If I ever need a uhaul again I will come to you first.

Worst service I have ever received from any rental dealer ever!! The man who lives on site was violent and screaming at me. I have rented from him before and I will never do it again. Law enforcement was called because how aggressive his behavior was.
