Denise at this location was 10/10. I completely goofed and set my online order to go to the wrong location and Denise helped me fix the situation, complete my order there and cancel my order at the wrong location while reassuring me it was a simple error. Great customer service, thank you Denise!

If I could give a zero, I would. Poor customer service. I walked in and out of the 10 employees that were just hanging out, no one greeted me nor I was asked if I needed help. Ended up taking my business somewhere else.

Why in a building this new are there no handicap accessible buttons for the front doors? The Google Business Review says it's handicap accessible but the front doors have no assisted access and are extremely heavy

Rose was professional (needs to be promoted with a raise)!🥰 She was very helpful in me finding products (need clean products for my mature skin) walking me through step-by-step instructions, techniques and even assisted me with applying the samples I chose. Provided excellent customer service when she greeted me…(perhaps I looked confused)😂 to helping me again when I came back to buy. Those IT products have been perfect for me. Highly recommend! I have shared my experience with others and will definitely be returning.😁Thanks Rose!🌹

I have been going to this Ulta since it opened and I have always loved it. But today meant more to me today than previous visits. I am 28 and have androgenic alopecia. I have been struggling with it mentally for months. I have breakdowns over it constantly. I came in search of Toppik Hair building fibers, to which they had the full line of everything I could want. I had to ask where it was and a short lady with glasses (I think she is a manager) directed me to it. She told me she loves that product and uses it. I told her about my condition and that its the only thing that makes me comfortable enough to leave the house. She looked right at me and said "Remember, that does not define you. You are so much more than that. " It was something so small, but made a huge impact on my day. I proceeded to buy my stuff and get back in my car and started to cry. I didn't know how much I needed to hear that until she said it, and it changed my day. Thank you so much, whoever you are, I am sorry I didn't catch your name. All the other girls that work there are lovely as well, but this lady deserves a shout out. ❤️

I love Ulta but I will never step foot in the Redmond Or. store again! I wanted to purchase a high end brand that was on sale according to the flyer and according to the sign advertised in front of the product. It rang up full price and when I asked about the sell, she didn't believe me so I walked her over to the sign to show her the price advertised and she still didn't believe me but treated me like a child and said, "I will give you that price THIS time but just this time!" The price was 50% off according the the sign in the store! The next visit, I saw an employee walking down the isle and I just needed her to point me to the right general direction for a particular brand. As soon as I approached her , she cut me off and said, "I"M OFF WORK!" I felt embarrassed and went to find someone else who can help. I turn around and that employee who just refused to answer a fast question was helping other customers on her free time but couldn't answer my question. I made sure she knew I was not happy with her tone def skills, or lack of. I won't give Ulta in Redmond my business. I'll travel to the next town or shop on line. REDMOND, PLEASE REMIND YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT THERE WOULD BE NO BUSINESS WITHOUT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

I went in here today to get a conditioning tangle therapy spray for my hair after a shower. I had no idea what i needed... I got great service and knowledge by Lauren with the beautiful bight red hair. She is so knowledgeable and knows all the products in detail. She needs to be a manager or if she is already a manager she needs a raise. Super friendly and A+ customer service. ULTA needs to bless their lucky stars they have her on their team.
