Brittany was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the devices and very professional. She went above and beyond letting me know there was a delay in shipping on a product I purchased and got ahold of me as soon as it came in and made sure everything was functioning correctly before it left the store. 10/10 service.

Was in US Cellular for a Redmond Chamber event and enjoyed hearing about the offers they have that really cater to their customers. Very friendly staff and clean and easy to get in and out.

I had an interview here last month.If offered, I'd be turning down the position. Firstly, manager Jessica didn't tell me her name until I asked upon leaving. On other notes, she said a previous worker "guy with glasses was definitely a crackhead" and bashed corporate and on her two female employees saying they aren't understanding anything and that they've been there long enough to start to "get it". I was really dissatisfied with what and how she talked to me during this interview considering I've been a retail store manager before... but regardless, the most unprofessional and red flag interview I've ever had.I decided to go forward when offered the position because I need to make income and the store seemed desperate for a worker. I had got sick and not finished signing my application and the manager, Jessica told me over the phone she’s “fed up” with waiting. So disrespectful.

The manager doesn't keep his word in the slightest. I don't know if it's a medical condition or what but the manager Eric smelled like a mix of sour krout and cat food that was thrown in a gym sock and left in the sauna to marinade.

Got my grandson a new phone and turned on my old Samsung S20 for my 5 year old and my bill went down,and now I can have my phone back from my stepson.

We have been with US CELLULAR for over ten years now. The service has diminished and we miss another of call for our business. Also if we go out of our area the phones have no service even in a big city. Recently I bought a new phone and paid cash and they locked the phone so porting to another cell company is difficult. We will not be back. If your looking for reliable service, you might want to look elsewhere.

DO NOT bother with this location. I was having numerous problems with texts not going through; my spouse has the identical iPhone and had zero issues texting the same person. The guy never once looked at my phone. Stick to using chat where they at least spent time trying to troubleshoot the problem.

I know contact phone but you end up paying twice as much as you would for the real phone and your bill stays about $100 and it is what it is Lie
