Ted is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to FIRPTA tax withholdings in real estate transactions. He's thorough and direct, and he clearly knows what he is talking about. When it comes to international tax issues, Ted is one of, if not the, most competent CPAs you can get. He is not one of those nameless, faceless tax services.
