Does anyone even actually work there anymore? I have called 4 times this morning trying to get ahold of literally anybody about a package and it rings for 3.5 minutes before cutting out. No voicemail. No human interaction. No effort to answer the damn phone at all.

Dropped off several boxes with prepaid labels of 2 day shipping. They said to place them on the counter and they would take them to the back. By day 2 they still hadn’t scanned them in to the facility making it appear as if I never dropped them off at the post office. Still waitimg
