“I got my kitty sprayed last year and was so pleased with the demeanor of Stephanie and her (husband?), and the energy of the facility. I'm writing about an experience I had 20 minutes or so ago. I'm looking to board my cat so I can go on a river trip and couldn't find her vaccination record. I emailed Snip Central around 1940hrs and received a photo of the record in less than 10 minutes! That's a truly awesome turnaround!

“Today was about as tough of a day as you can have and everyone at Highland Vet helped me so much. I had to put my 15 year old cat to sleep, sadly it was his time to go. Dr Poet has been his vet for the majority of his life, she is amazing. Her staff has so kind to me during the hardest day of my life. She was very booked, and they were able to make time to see us, she knew the importance of me wanting to have her help me during this horrible time. I would recommend them 100x over. She helped me today, but has helped him so much over the course of his life with many health issues. Your cat or dog would be very lucky to have Rachel as their vet, I know that my sweet boy was.”

“We've lived here about eight years, there is nowhere else we will ever take our animals. Dr Poet has a remarkable amount of compassion and speaks in plain terms. We easily got another two good years with our little Doxy. Easily the same with our elderly Tabby cat. When it was time, she was wonderful and compassionate. We're nearing the end with our older tuxedo cat. They understand the tough choices people have to make as pet parents. When we brought our new kitten home, she told us what to do to keep everyone safe (other felines). She and her staff are unquestionably the best veterinary staff we've ever used.”
