The pharmacy is truly terrible, they were back late from lunch break and after waiting in line for 40 minutes they didn't have my prescription that was supposed to be done three hours prior. Normally I don't say anything, but this has happened multiple times here. I asked why it wasn't ready at 11 and she replied "a lot of things should have been ready at 11". Didn't get a sorry, or I'll get that right away for you. Strictly being rude when they obviously messed up. Didn't say thank you or sorry for the wait. I've been in customer service forever, at least try a little. This isn't picking up lunch or something. peoples lives depend on medication quite literally and they seem to take it lightly and time is precious for us that have to work.
For the love of God, send your prescriptions somewhere else. They clearly don't want your business. I'm really normally relaxed and understanding.

I have lived in several places in the US and worked with various pharmacies along the way. The Walgreen location in Redmond is without a doubt my favorite. They are prompt to assist with any questions and always work to find any available discounts. Recently my initial prescription cost was over $400 and Morgan was able to reduce the price to just over $100. I appreciate all of the assistance I receive there and especially for the help that Morgan always provides. Highly recommended.

They closed the pharmacy on the weekend without any notification to people who get their prescriptions there. They notify me regularly so they could have let customers know. I am now without a prescription that I need daily and I cannot get it because their pharmacies in central Oregon are all closed. What kind of stupid management cannot rotate pharmacists more efficiently to not have them all closed. I will 100 percent not be using Walgreens for my pharmacy, which means I will not be picking anything else up there either. This really is unacceptable when it comes to providing medical care. I am furious!!!

Morgan is amazing! I was having trouble getting an appointment for my my husband and myself for our flu and covid vaccines. I finally reached out to walgreens and Morgan answered the phone, she was amazing, caring, and thoughtful!! She squeezed us in for that evening and saved us!!!!

Had an appt for a vaccine. Waited 15 min in line. 30 min in the Chair all for them to tell me they were waiting on an email. When im self pay please explain to me what you are waiting on approval for. Horrible customer service.

Even though they are short staffed, overwhelmed, and degraded by customers on a daily basis, they will get the job done, and they are all so incredibly kind. Thank you Jennifer the pharmacist for everything you do! Jennifer is extremely thorough and you can tell she genuinely cares about everyone that has their prescription filled. I had a consultation for a medication I’ve been taking for years and at first I was slightly annoyed, because I’ve been on it for so long, however she informed me of certain side effects that can occur while taking this medication and I had NO idea!! After 10 years I was completely unaware of this certain side effect and after following up with my doctor, I had my medication switched and I no longer suffer from manic episodes, and heart palpitations. She literally helped change my life. Thank you so much Jen! I wouldn’t be where I am today if you wouldn’t have provided me with that information.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! The constant back and forth with my existing pharmacy & them….Was told they had my child’s prescription on hand, but they had to send the fax to our current pharmacy…so in the meantime I guess they gave it away & are now out of stock?? Absolutely horrible! To mess with anyone’s prescriptions is not ok, but a child’s?! I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy to anyone

I live in Bend, but the Walgreens here was such a mess today that I drove to the Redmond store, Even arriving less than ten minutes before they closed, Casey and Alyson could not have been kinder or more professional to me.They absolutely saved my day!! THANK YOU!!!
