I went thru their wash and they never washed down my car, and the car wash bent up my license plate so bad I could barely fix it! The car behind me had the same problems I tried calling the office with no luck I definitely won't be going back to this so called car wash

This is the best car wash in Redmond. All of the new modern ones just want to sell you cheap memberships and then do a poor job actually washing your car.

Im leaving this review because I just decided to take my (New to me) 2013 Ford Explorer for a car wash after replacing part of the driver door, hoping that they'd get the markings for the yellow Greece Penn off the exterior panel, Nope and on top of that my gascap came and broke off during the wash. Safe to say, I'm not happy.
Get your act together 'Wet Willy's.'

Friendly service and staff. My car always is soaking wet after getting a wash here but they did give me a Ladies discount when I went on a Thursday!

Just went to clean my car. The switch on the vacuum shocked me so badly my finger was numb after waiting in line and through the car wash.
I alerted the person taking my money. No one asked if I was okay nor did they comp the car wash. I was given excuses.
I hope no one with a heart issue makes an attempt to use the vacuum.
Not so great on the customer service. Thanks for showing concern for your customers Wet Willy

I have always thought Wet Willie’s is worthy of 5 stars and have been a loyal customer since they opened years ago. Yesterday I came in for an $11 car wash, however, I was told because I drive an SUV, I must pay for the $14 Supreme wash as their new policy of 11/23 states “any SUV or full size vehicle must pay the higher service.” I drive a Ford Escape which is considered a “crossover” SUV, equivalent to a regular sedan and not an oversized SUV vehicle such as a Denali, Tahoe, Explorer, etc. The decision on what to charge a customer should be based on the GVW/size and not the style of the vehicle. Bad business decision on the part of Wet Willie’s-plenty of competition out there that will welcome my little crossover SUV!

This car wash never gets my car clean. I have to go over it completely after i have gone through. They do supply hand towels to do that with. Pay $20 for a wash to then do it again by hand is a waste of time and money. It had been a few years since i had last been there, so i was hoping things had gotten better. Nope, why are they still open?
