“I generally like Les Schwab for their quality and service, but today wasn't their best performance. It didn't help that my wife was just out of surgery and in a lot of pain, so I was preoccupied and not in the mood to deal with a flat tire.
It started fine, with a friendly greeting. When the salesman comes with a quote is when things felt wrong. He offered me three options from $960 to $1300. When we questioned, he offered us a tire that they didn't even have in stock, as though our only options were no tires or tires we couldn't afford. It felt like we were pulling teeth for him to give us an option we could work with. We did get a good set of tires at a price we could afford, but why could the salesman not have provided that option from the start?
On the way out, a different employee saw my wife on her crutches and rushed to open the doors for her. That is the kind of consideration that makes me willing to go back.”
“The people that work here are very nice and they purchased some tires that were basically brand new that came with my vehicle. If I have any other tire problems, I will definitely stop by here.”
