Lack of communication on both our parts caused a hardship for me the customer. I had scheduled work to be done as I was traveling through Redmond. They were unable to accommodate me on the scheduled time and date. They did however give me the name of other repair facility, unfortunately they were several weeks out and unable to help. Communication again was the major issue.

SHOCKING!!!!!!!! Took my favorite family car my new Escalade for air conditioning service. They called me to tell me they couldn’t find the leak so drive it a week or so and bring it back. Paid the bill, got my keys, and lo and behold went to touch my screen and it was completely damaged. I couldn’t believe my eyes. But wait…. It gets better….the tech that worked on it said he never stepped a foot in mt car because all the work was under the hood for a/c. WHAT???? Then looked closely and that was not my a/c console!!! They removed my static touch console a replaced it with an older button console. Damaged and not fitting right. Colors didn’t match. No wood grain finish. They stole my a/c console and denied ever touching the inside of my car but how do you test a/c without turning on the fan speed and the a/c switch. Chop Shop. !!!!! Chop Shop!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! They are stealing parts as others have said

This was the easiest vechile purchase I have ever made in my life. Zero pressure, paperwork in less than 15 mins and I was out the door. The sales crew didn’t act like salesmen at all (in all the right ways) and called me 3 times after I bought my f350 to see how I liked it. I’ve had oil changes and maintenance and the service department is equally awesome. Wright Ford is the best.

I had a fantastic experience working with Dave and Jeff at Wright Auto. They are no longer a corporate ford dealer, as of recently. However, their service, professionalism, and patience are top notch. Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. They sold me an excellent vehicle for a very fair price. I have had it a few weeks and I couldn’t be happier.

Terrible service. I called and scheduled a service a month ago, gave them the make and model of my vehicle, came to my appointment after a month long wait and they called AFTER I dropped my vehicle off to let me know that my car is new enough that the issue should be under warranty and I need to call another local dealership because they are no longer a Ford dealership. The soonest availability at another dealership is in TWO MONTHS. When my son sits in his seat the seatbelt constantly beeps that he is unbuckled even though he is. So now we get to go another 2 months listening to constant beeping.

Called today to get an appointment to look at our 2023 Ford Mach-E, and was asked if our car has been seen at their location previously. When we said it has not, we were told they weren't seeing any vehicles that haven't been seen by them before. Instead they referred us to another dealership to get service work performed.
I can understand if a dealership is busy and service appointments are pushed out, but to simply deny allowing a Ford to be brought in to be serviced under warranty makes zero sense from a big picture business perspective. Wonder what Ford National thinks of dealership behavior like this.
