“I have both business and personal accounts with First Community Credit Union in Reedsport, Oregon. I mistakenly ordered checks under the wrong account number. They noticed the problem immediately and contacted me. Terrifying to say the least! You can imagine the worst case scenario, bouncing check charges, angry people etc! Jennifer was kind and reassuring, explaining that they already had a plan, they were just keeping me in the loop. Even though this threw a wrench into their entire day, they kept in touch with a cheerful attitude while they worked on the situation. But the most amazing part was that they noticed the issue before it became a problem and they knew my business well enough to be able to proactively create a solution before they even notified me! I wanted to share this long review because you rarely get this kind of service anymore and these folks go above and beyond every single day like it's nothing. They care about their community and it shows! It shows in their faces when they greet you and in their willingness to help instead of turning a deaf ear. They are tuned in to the needs of their community and I could not recommend First Community Credit Union more highly!”
