Smith River Store & Tavern is a delight! We actually camped in the property in our van and had such a lovely stay. Troy has an eclectic supply of beer, so we were able to find something we liked, and the fish fry & snack basket were delicious (and huge!). If you're camping nearby, consider this tavern, it was such a fun stop on our journey! And the camping was so private and peaceful, we were so thankful to have found it.

This is a great place to stop for provisions however when I was a kid it only cost 50 cents to hug a tree so it’s sad that inflation has hit rural America so hard. Thanks Obama!

Great place! Always enjoy the smith river tavern! Go there couple times a year despite the 90 minute drive. Never dissapointed!!

If you ever take a drive from Eugene to the coast on the smith river its a must stop place small bar nice owner cheap drinks. They also have a little store.

This place is owned and operated by a couple who are very very friendly and helpful. My husband and I we're camping on the Smith River for 26 days and had no cell service so about every 3 days we'd drive down to the market and the owners would let us use there landline, some days we'd use it for as much as an hour. They were extremely helpful and went out of there way to help us. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be going back there.
