I go to the post office often it seems like. What I really like about this particular post office is the feel of personal service. They are always over accommodating and friendly. There never seems to be any kind of wait either.

I had to make this my "home address" because we don't have our own, and some places MAKE you.I tried to fwd from the post office to my Po box, they won't let me. there was a filing joint tax return from the department of Treasury in bureau of the fiscal services that never made it in my hands. Every time on my informed delivery the mail is the exact day that the picture is taken if not the day after. They try to blame it on another "post". I didn't know there was a girl that worked there named Crystal.she must have started and quit within the 5 months my son and I were in Oklahoma.

First, I love George and Bryce. Please come back Crystal. However, Clerk 07, aka Kimberly has me wishing I don't get her at the counter every time I go there. Her first week she measured my small bubble mailer as a parcel while quoting me USPS "rules and regulations" because the item had "edges" when she pressed her thumb / forefinger down on the package. On April 7, 2023 she lied and told me my "Only Option" for a small 11.5 oz velum mailer was $6.65 instead of $3.43 which I could clearly read myself on the screen. Two weeks later I went in having to ship a business document that needed Both Certified and Signature Confirmation, which I never got, instead Two Times I got read word-for-word, the Entire hazardous materials statement for a paper flat rate mailer containing one paper inside. I got asked what was inside my Priority Envelope , and if it was a court document, as if it was her business. She bellowed more USPS "rules and regulations" at me regarding what Certified Mail and Signature Confirmation means and when it's appropriate to make use of them. ( I guess she deemed my request and envelope unworthy of signature confirmation herself ). She continued to bellow more USPS "rules and regulations" at me when I requested to take a photograph of my piece of mail because I was "ILLEGAL" taking a photograph inside a Federal Building. (George has corrected this by personally letting me know he has proof that it is okay to take a photograph of my mail inside of a Federal Building ). She kept it up after all this when I requested another employee. She not only was yelling things as they redid the transaction, but began mocking me as I exited through the office doors. I let her know I haven't even left yet, and wait to mock me when I've left the building. She yelled at me again that she can do what she wants. What a confrontational, hostile, vile experience. I just wanted the service I requested and to pay for it. She refuses to wear USPS "regulation" attire and instead comes to work disheveled, and in old worn out tie dye and black tee shirts. Do Not Believe the USPS Rules and Regulations she shouts at you. Ask her for proof and what the USPS Rules and Regulations are about her uniform and what the Code of Conduct is.This week Kimberly's abusive verbal assaults on a customer were so inciting that the customer had to take a stand for herself. That customer is now banned from ever returning and entering the Post Office building ? !Why is she still able to be in the position to cause such chaos at our Post Office by being a bully and terror to customers ? Isn't that against USPS RULES and REGULATIONS ?I took my Priority package to Mail and Ship this past Friday which probably won't even get out until Tuesday because this coming Monday is a holiday. Kimberly is apparently the only clerk at the PO counter every Friday and it feels like being held hostage from making use of the USPS services from our Reedsport PO.

Friendly staff. Plenty of P.O. Boxes. Parking in surrounding areas. All you'll need from a post office. And for those of you who play Pokémon Go, there are two gyms you are able to reach here. ðŸ‘ðŸ»

The postmaster, and the clerks at the counter go out of their way to help you with ALL your postal needs! When i asked for my PO BOX...
the wonderful gentleman gave me a po box i would not have to struggle with due to disability issues. I choose to use the post office because my "MALE" carrier is the biggest GRUMP!
