I am deeply concerned about the recurring issue of packages being delivered to the wrong PO boxes at this post office. When questioned, staff attributed the errors to individuals sharing the same first name, despite PO boxes being clearly identified by unique numbers and full names. This suggests a lack of proper training or attention to detail in handling mail.Over the past year, six of my packages were delivered to another person’s PO box within a five-month period. When reported, the staff offered no assistance in recovering the misdelivered items, stating only that it was unfortunate. I've had packages returned by the recipient they gave them to instead of and be sent back to the sender again because lack of idk what in their training. This response is unacceptable and fails to address the root issue.Attempts to escalate complaints beyond the local level have been blocked, preventing resolution. I am aware of at least five other individuals in our small community, including a couple whose Christmas gifts were misdelivered and never recovered after six months, who have experienced similar issues. This is particularly frustrating as our post office does not offer in-town delivery, making PO boxes the only option for receiving mail.I am working to connect with others in the community to petition for action at a higher level within USPS to address these systemic failures. This post office must be held accountable for its mishandling of mail and lack of customer support.

Karen helped me get my package when she was on her break. I had to go to work and wouldn’t be able to get it til the next day, but thanks to Karen at the riddle post office, I was able to get it! So thanks for the amazing service, you deserve a raise! Thx for all you guys at the post office who have helped me in the past aswell:)

How come when a MALE substitute delivers mail I get ALL my mail delivered to my house but when FEMALES deliver mail I have to go in to town, wait for the women to quit talking, then and only then i get packages that won't fit in my mail box? You need to get some full time mailMEN.

Stop sending my stuff back. If I go to McDonald's and order fries they don't send back to the kitchen because I paid for it. I paid to have have something mailed so f...ing deliver it

The ladies that work there are awesome. Saturday hours would be great but I love our little post office.
