Made a apointment and showed up ..on the 30th and she said my apointment was for the 12th of April in which I would of been out if town at airport portland and would not have booked that day ..some one not paying attention looks like I will never trust this women again..she can't schedule ...not for me ..no you moved me and gave my spot to someone else ..

I am visiting the Oregon coast and my Belgium Malinois, Bella, was in need of a nail trim. The ladies @ Pampered Pets could not have been nicer and so patient with my anxious pup. A perfect trim and Bella was eventually happy too. They are fantastic!

I picked up my dog and I had no idea she got cut - nicked whatever you did but no mention of it I found it later when she cried when I picked her up !! I get dogs will probably get nicked sometimes but atleast tell the owner !! RUDE !! Now we know why you didn’t even scheduleHer next appointment we will be looking for someone else !!
