Rockaway Beach Resort and Conference Center is an oceanfront property with a private beach, offering a great location close to town and sightseeing. However, some aspects received mixed feedback. While some beds were comfortable, others were noted as small, springy queen sizes, and the pull-out sofa mattress was called terrible. Some furnishings, like a sofa, were described as older with poor cushion support. The cable TV system was frustrating for some, offering limited local channels, and rooms had only one television. The fireplace radiates little heat, and there is no elevator. Despite these cons, the staff is noted for accommodating guest concerns.
