Helpful crew, the office smells so clean and looks nice with the decorations. Had an issue with a forward we did in a different state, the clerk here helped us and was very kind and informative.

Beyond helpful staff! Can’t help appreciate and thank our local postal workers who work their butts off handling such large volumes for this community. The office is very clean and smells amazing, always has the decorations up celebrating each holiday. Great team we blessed to have.

Waste of my time and money.
Always losing packages. Giving out wrong packages to me, and then saying “yours is lost”.
Rottaway Post office is a pass.

The service here is not good, they continue to deliver our mail ads but no actual packages. Staff is rude. And worst of all the American Flag outside is ripped.

I really don’t understand all the negative reviews. A lot of the explanations are out of the control of the employees. They are overworked, underpaid, and understaffed. I’ve had nothing but a good experience at this location.Keep up the good work, guys! Thank you.

Ordered 2 CDs and unfortunately this post office marked my address as "incorrect" despite it being less than a mile away. My house is not hard to miss, and now I'm having to jump through hoops for 2 CDs that cost less than $20 ??♂️ Nice job guys

The postal clerk at this post office has helped me so much. He has gone out of his way to make sure I’ve gotten my packages, even when it was extra work on their part.

No home package delivery unless you have a mailbox at the street provided by landlord.No notice will be left at your home that you had a package being held at the PO to be picked up.Your package will be reported to Amazon as problems with delivery, (Amazon says package on hold) but … they also scan the package as having attempted a delivery at XX:XX hour, even though no delivery was ever attempted. (Your personal Amazon delivery tracking page will show all this).You will be told that your package will be returned to sender within 24 hours of not being picked up. (It’s at least 15 days, if value is more than $25, an additional 30 days).This is a for-profit business. Anywhere else, this would close.
