“I'm in a State of shock right now. I've been playing online casino for a few months now and I've been talking back and forth to Kassie and Angel on the chat box from the bank regarding a online casino redemption. The casino tells me that everything's been done and redeemed. Although it does not show in my account. The last time I deposited anything was a December 31st. But it is almost 5:00 in Oregon. I get a phone call, Angel is her name, ,(I could understand why). She took it upon herself so call me and explain very carefully what was going on. Which was basically nothing. But she said she wanted me to know that they were really looking into it. Now that blows my mind completely. I've never ever in my 50 years, (61now)
Had a bank. Sincerely concerned and making sure that they explained everything carefully to me. She did not have to do that. That's why when you go to the online banking, and there's the chat bubble, you click on it and you put in your name and your email address and someone texts you back. But she went beyond that, physically calling me. I would make that girl the CEO of any corporation. Well done! Oh and did I mention, I was not that nice during the texts. And she was such a sweetheart, kind of made me feel bad that I acted that way. But if you're out there, Angel and Kassie... You guys are really doing one hell of a job!!”
