“Been going here for years. Never had an unpleasant experience. The people I have interacted with were always polite, courteous, professional, and helpful. This is my go to post office in the area. Downtown is not a place I frequent unless this location is closed and I'm on a deadline.”

“I went to a different place and didn’t get what I wanted. I called staples in Roseburg OR. Not only did the gentleman in the morning on 7-29-2026 but the other employee go above and beyond to get what I needed done. They estimated tomorrow morning but the store called me 4 hours later stating it was done. Not only was I surprised but impressed. I got back to the store and saw the quality of the work done was beyond impressive. Thank you for your kindness and customer service was top notch.”

“Went to the UPS store to ship out a hot rod hood (one that folds in half). My husband helped our neighbor sell his hotrod. The buyers flew out from Colorado and drove it back. There wasn't any room to bring it back with them so we told them we would ship it. Karrie was very knowledgeable with taping two boxes together to make it fit and bubble wrapped it. Karrie was very helpful and handled the difficult task without any trouble.”

“09/29/2025 Update The postmaster Tonia is a very kind lady, I'm very happy that she runs the post office here. Today was my first time coming into this post office location. The blonde lady with long hair (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) has a great personality and work ethic along with great customer service. A very good representation of the company. 02/19/2025 4:35pm”

“I have gone to this post office in Winston OR for a year and a half now. The gentleman that works there is always personable and courteous. I went there yesterday, shipping off some packages. No matter how busy he gets, he treats everyone with respect and is upbeat. So the next time you go to a post office, be patient, courteous, thankful, and respectful. Especially during the Holidays ?.Thanks,Shannon 12/8/2022”

“08.20.26 David found our undelivered package, which was marked as delivered, from 08.12.26 and delivered it today!!! 5 stars are for our family friend, who is also our postal carrier, David. David always delivers our mail and packages perfectly. We feel he should be promoted within USPS as he is extremely trustworthy, reliable, friendly and kind. We adore David and his beautiful family and thank him for his care and consideration for his clients on his route, be they friends or not! Thank you to this post office for holding our mail so well every month while we both obtain medical treatments and surgeries in California (you can use Medicare in any state).”
