Don Gardner, where should I even start? There are not enough words to convey my appreciation for your exceptional problem-solving abilities in resolving what initially seemed like an insurmountable predicament. Rex, you have also demonstrated yourself to be a truly professional individual. I brought my 2008 Saturn Vue in assuming it had a significant issue, fully prepared to incur substantial expenses for its repair.
After Don’s brief vehicle inspection and his tinkering around, Don suggested, "Why don't we go for a test drive? Your problem has been resolved.” I didn’t believe him as this was too good to be true. Indeed, he was correct! The vehicle performed with the same level of efficiency as it did when I first acquired it. I believe he mentioned it was an electrical issue related to the transmission's current flow.
Don shook my hand and bid me farewell with a wish for a "great day". Such authentic sincerity in his actions truly exemplifies their integrity and deserves their continued patronage. Please entrust this establishment with all your automotive maintenance needs.

Rex the service advisor & the technician who rebuilt our transmission did a professional, thorough job after Trans Fix in Coos Bay supposedly rebuilt our transmission & gave it back to us non operational. AAMCO in Roseburg did an outstanding job & their correspondence was on point! I recommend to our friends & family this transmission shop. Even though we are out the money paid to Trans Fix, AAMCO in Roseburg made us happy.

My car broke down, I-5 Northbound, it was towed here for repairs. Rex the Manager was amazing, very professional and helped me figure out my vehicles issues. I highly recommend them.

Two different cars in a week needed transmissions checked. My Juke transmission was shot and fluid was burnt. Advised that it will get worse and need replaced. Gave price and didn't charge me a penny for an hour of hooking up to computer, test driving and checking fluid ect. Factory warrenty covering that transmission at the dealership now. Borrowed car check, engine light came on and transmission acting strange. Took it to Rex at Aamco again they charged me nothing again! Checked it all out, transmission oil looked good. Check engine light is a coolant thermostat. Simple $10 part. I felt bad not paying amything for all the help I got from them in the past week. Way to go Aamco. I appriciate you and will let everyone know. THANK YOU KATHY BROWER....oh and I got a Thanksgiving and a Christmas cactus start from him too ❣️

I have had to have my 2016 Buick Regal’s transmission completely rebuilt. Rex and Aamoco Transmissions were AMAZING! Rex and Don took care of my 1994 Silverado.They know their business very well.My truck had leaky oil issues, drive shaft leaky seals and more.I was satisfied with the job. The price I paid out the door was a lot lower than I expected. Transmission fault light came on, wasn't shifting correctly. Brought it in thinking I would have to spend $2k+to have it rebuilt. Turned out it just needed to be programmed and they did it free of charge. So thankful and I will return for any other transmission issues!
