For a complete online sign up and payment deal, masterkey does it really well. My only gripe is that the gate access code didn't come through on the text that was sent. But all I had to do was call their customer service line and the very helpful associate helped me by texting me the gate code. Awesome!

You can’t be the service. I loved being able to sign up and have immediate access from the website. The fact it was followed up with a personal call to make sure everything was going well was a nice bonus. The storage space itself was clean. No complaints at all.
