Beyond customer service!! So grateful for these 3 ladies. Makayla, Robin and Rhonda____Roseburg Ace on Stephens!Back story: my wallet was empty, gas tank-on empty, stress tank overflowing and soon on the brink of psychological breakdown..I received a check, I was unable to cash anywhere! I needed gas an hour ago, to be at a job, that would change my sinking position. My clients depend on me to get to them! Makayla, Robin, Rhonda, truly helped me out by looking deeper into the situation rather than just turning me away. Took the time to gather proof, talked with their higher up and was able to cash my check!! I made it to my job, saved the day, helped a client and made it home with dinner to put on the table for my kids…… That’s beyond customer service! Ace Cash Express in Roseburg Oregon got us approved for a title loan, out the door in the timely manner. The interest rate wasn't bad either. You're able to pay in 2 increments so it's not all at one time. You have one month to pay back your loan and the max they loan you is $300.You and whom ever else's name is on the title will need to bring this in along with vehicle to take pictures with Ace Cash's camera, valid ID's, recent paycheck stub for whom is going to be verifiable income to be able to be approved for a Vehicle title loan.Thanks to all staff.Make it a Great Life, to All

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! FredMeyers check scanning machine couldn't read my check, so I decided to try ACE, my teller Megan got it all done within a few minutes no problem. Would definitely recommend.
