Our experience: Our refrigerator died on a Wednesday night; Neil was very helpful and even gave a reference to a local used appliance shop in case we wanted that option. We went to Tim's on Thursday and found a great Whirlpool fridge at a great price. We wanted them to deliver and haul away the old one. Neal told us delivery was likely Tuesday but would try to squeeze us in. We were delighted they managed to get it to us the next day!! Bill and Troy were very professional and know what they are doing! They had to remove the front door and screen and put it all back. They were kind enough to give us time to clean up the floor under the old fridge as well! Bill then took the time to go over settings for temp, ice and water and give us some good pointers. He also installed the filters and showed us where they are.
