“I bought a dishwasher last year and I picked Tim's specifically for their in-house installer, Ian Dow. After extensive research on why dishwashers leak, the #1 reason I uncovered is that they're often installed incorrectly. I didn't want to risk a hurried install through one of the contracted big box stores in town, and I'm SO glad I chose Tim's. Ian Dow was friendly, on-time, and went above and beyond to get it done right.
The reason for the -1 star is because Tim's initially delivered a dishwasher that had an enormous dent on it, which was due to a careless mistake by someone in their warehouse. Thankfully they replaced the dishwasher at no cost to me, and reimbursed Ian for the labor cost of the 2nd install.
Although they don't have the largest selection compared to Home Depot or Lowe's, they will price match the same deals, and bonus: when you call them you can talk to a real person on the phone! Can't say the same when dealing with automated service by the big guys in town.
Overall a great experience.”
