Customer service is non existent. Tried to get my Flex Card activated or replaced. Called their contact numbers and put on hold for over 20 minutes after prior calls were misrouted. Tried their chat bot and it didn't accept contact during their stated hours.

My orthopedic surgeon in Roseburg has stopped excepting Atrio members due to slow payments from Atrio. I was denied my knee injection because of Atrio slow pay.
Now having a hard time to find another provider.(do not except Atrio) Meanwhile I have pain in my knee again.

I switched from wellcare and I can't find a doctor anywhere that takes atrio, except 1 and it's a 4 month wait. DO SOMETHING!This
