Everyone was super friendly and helpful... one employee in particular PAULA an older lady maybe in her 50s maybe 40s if I was being polite. Paula is a little disrespectful and seems to only car about selling you on the most expensive product. She didn't help me find what I was looking for and only cared that I got what had the biggest price tag. When I was going to work with another employee she stopped what she was doing to jump over and take over the sale. This left the group she was working with just sitting waiting 15 mins. I assume the employees make commission but way she acts absolute ridiculous. Anyway everyone else way great. I had to ask Paula's days off in a passing conversation with her to make sure I don't go when she's in.

Sadly two times in two days we waited over an hour to get service... We are long term customers and would've changed to another provider but then we were given wonderful service and we left happily.

We went to add on another line to our plan, we had TYLER help us. Told us he could up grade our plan and make it cheaper. Asked him and said nothing changes right, of course he said yes. Lost HBO Max off the plan. Went back to ask him about it and was very abrupt and cut me off. Stating that the manager went over the plan very clear with me, when I ask to speak to a manager he informed me there wasn't one and that he's actually in Cancun. Well I hope you enjoy Cancun, because while you're down there, he's up here loosing you business. We're going to US Cellular.

The only reason our visit took so long was because we enjoyed Madison's company while she was getting us set up with new phones and watches. She's a great face for AT&T and deserves to be recognized for her hard work with us, as well as the customers she waited on before us.

POS representatives. Refuse any service. Do not assist clients. Any service asked by us was "call customer service and do it yourself."
Rude staff and unhelpful.

Paula was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with her. I rarely give someone the top mark but she definitely deserves it.

My phone only 3 years old died. Went into ATT and met with the manager (David). He sold me a new phone and lied about the new plan he was giving us, he said would save us money. Ha!!Our bill would have been $379 but my husband called CS. After several minutes they dropped it to $226 for the new service and they will drop everything David did to our account giving us back our original plan without that unnessessary third line he said would not cost us to add!!Just the new phone and accessories.Buyer beware....we said it was too good to be true and questioned him. He said to call when we get our bill. We'll we did, he would not talk to us..

Went here because my wife's apple watch would not work properly with her Maddie sat with us for about 45 minutes and got it all working properly. I'm not on AT&T but she explained everything I could do to join my wife plan, get a new better phone for free (because I own my phone outright), and save 30 bucks a month. Overall a very pleasant experience and Maddie was fantastic and patient. I highly recommend her. Have to get back on the AT&T part...

I had to make some changes on my Phoneservice except they would not help me they said to call the 1-800 number but I can't understand the person on the phone I need to be able to get help in store the one person that was going to help me is no longer there
