My phone only 3 years old died. Went into ATT and met with the manager (David). He sold me a new phone and lied about the new plan he was giving us, he said would save us money. Ha!!Our bill would have been $379 but my husband called CS. After several minutes they dropped it to $226 for the new service and they will drop everything David did to our account giving us back our original plan without that unnessessary third line he said would not cost us to add!!Just the new phone and accessories.Buyer beware....we said it was too good to be true and questioned him. He said to call when we get our bill. We'll we did, he would not talk to us..

Went here because my wife's apple watch would not work properly with her Maddie sat with us for about 45 minutes and got it all working properly. I'm not on AT&T but she explained everything I could do to join my wife plan, get a new better phone for free (because I own my phone outright), and save 30 bucks a month. Overall a very pleasant experience and Maddie was fantastic and patient. I highly recommend her. Have to get back on the AT&T part...

I had to make some changes on my Phoneservice except they would not help me they said to call the 1-800 number but I can't understand the person on the phone I need to be able to get help in store the one person that was going to help me is no longer there

Staff was great. Very helpful. Very poor selection of accessories, especially for phones on special. Why run a sale, and offer no accessories?

We ordered a phone from this store to be delivered to our business, but the sales rep wouldn't let us verify the address so now we're down a cellphone for 2 weeks while UPS returns the phone due to an incorrect address. We did everything correctly and are punished for an employee's incompetence. Very frustrating.

Went into AT&T hoping to switch over from my previous carrier and find a good deal. The store was busy but the employees still acknowledged me and got to me in a timely manner. The sales rep I worked with was named David and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not too professional that I felt uncomfortable and we were able to crack jokes back and forth. I ended up walking out with exactly what I wanted and MORE. The service is already way better than where I previously went through and I love my new iPhone 14 Pro Max! Definitely recommending AT&T to my friends and family.

Paula is the most helpful AT&T rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is above and beyond helpful and addresses all of our needs with the utmost efficiency. I would recommend everyone in the Roseburg area visit the AT&T store when she is working. And she deserves a BIG RAISE, hell make her the manager.

I have always loved AT&T. But there came a time when I had to shop around and go to all the competitors, NOT because AT&T did anything wrong‼️ Let me tell you that without exception AT&T was by far the best in every category! I'm a customer for life! I can’t say enough good things, I recommend you go there and find out for yourself!

I have had multiple interactions with associates at this store. Some very helpful and some I am still trying to sort out. I upgraded a line and left the store with multiple add-ons that I never authorized. When I went back to the store to say no, I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks before being able to cancel them. I am spending money on options that I didn't want to begin with! I don't know if the the entire store is trained to operate this way, but it's a seedy way of doing business.
