This place is TERRIBLE. I had a transmission stolen out of the back of a pickup I had stored there, and when I said something to the manager they said their security system was just for show and it really didn’t work. They also said they had issues with thrives and rodents. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Wonderful owners & great storage spaces for cheap prices. Owners & manger alike are awesome ppl, understanding when a mishap comes up, they are great at communicating & getting back to u quickly. I tell everyone who asks me who's the best storage place to use to try getting in at B&R. Highly recommend!

The place itself isn't bad. But the people who maintain it always are changing the gate code, and do not send out a notice about it, so whenever you go to get anything out of storage you will have to call and ask for the new code. But that takes anywhere from 3 to 7 hours to get a reply. If it was ran better itd be nicer.

I loved the fact that the owner was Very upfront about the units. Prices are reasonable in spite of the fact that storage units are in high demand at the moment. There's no onsite manager, but the electronic gate code and location provide ample security.
The only drawback I have found is the gate hours. It's easy to lose track of time in the summer evenings.
I haven't been locked in, but It'd be nice to have an extra hour on the gates.
The operating hours are for the security gates only. Any time I've needed to contact the owners, they've either answered or returned my call promptly. Theyve even called to remind me my pmt is near due :)
