Alright everyone.. Shop the quotes.. Over charges the disabled. Over 200$ to change a fan belt. Quoted me 200$ to replace a fuel seal on an injector.. I replaced it in less than 20 minutes with a 5$ part. Quoted my son 140$ just today just to look at his car.. Which he fixed for less that 15$. As a long time resident here in Roseburg.. Let me just say.. BEWARE

I took my BMW here for years and they did great work for me on it. I bought a 350z and took it there, ended up needing a new rack and pinion and a few other parts. I bought upgraded control arms and traction arms for it myself, they "bought" the new rack and pinion, charged me almost $500 just for the rack and pinion (total price was around 1500 for all labor and "new rack and pinion". When I got it back the steering wheel was super tight, and never returned to center properly. I took the car back to BL and they loosened a bolt in the rack and pinion to try to help it return to center, which didnt work very well. I ended up going to get new tires on it just 3 months after this work was done by BL, while at the tire shop I mentioned to them my steering issue with the car and they took a look and said the rack and pinion is bad. I took the car back to BL, and have them take a look at the rack and pinion. They said it's fine it's probably my aftermarket control arm that's the problem. Long story short, I spent $180 on a new rack and pinion from Walmart, had the tire shop put it in and it instantly had my steering center like it should.. the rack and pinion the tire shop took off was clearly not a new (3 month old) rack and pinion, but what BL really did was try to rebuild the stock rack and pinion, and they messed it up obviously. So after years of taking my car to BL Performance, I will no longer trust this place with any of my vehicles and I highly recommend you have a 2nd mechanic shop take a look at the work that BL is doing.

BL Performance, did a bunch of major repairs on my 2006 car, both under the hood and replacing the hybrid battery in back; then delivered it to me good as new. (They even cleaned up the engine compartment, which was an unexpected, pleasant surprise). The whole experience was exceptional from the 1st phone call until I got my car back. I give 5 stars of excellence in every possible area: Customer service, professionalism, technical skill, trustworthiness, communication and respect for me as a customer (and a big shout out to the Toyota tech who did the work!). They charged me extremely fair prices; and did not try to upsell or scare me into any repairs or services I didn't need. I can vouch there's a reason for all the great Google reviews: Because they're true! BL will be my go-to from here on out. Much respect and many thanks to you BL - - I highly recommended!

Scheduled to get Cats on 2002 F150, had to have truck towed. Just had new motor put in then it decided not to start. Jonathan and his head mechanic figured out ford sold me wrong injectors ($574) but, after 2 motors later it’s running. Took it to the coast yesterday ran great!
