Went in got help right away staff know what they are doing good selection of your normal universal parts and accessories and they always seem to have the part you need so far I've never had to wait for parts to come in prices are good and seems there house brand holds up well give em a shot you won't be disappointed

This place was beyond amazing. Caleb assisted us and went above and beyond. Our car broke down coming North headed back to Portland. We had no tools and no idea what was wrong. With a jumpstart we were able to get to Advanced Auto parts, where Caleb tested our car, found out alternator went out. He loaned us the tools we needed and allowed us to repair car in parking lot. We ended up needing a new belt to and even though they didn't have one in stock he found us one at another store down the road. The customer service at this location is above and beyond perfect. We are back on the road again.

Broke down on I5 near Roseburg nobody in town had a crankshaft sensor , Mark from carquest ordered part for next day delivery then when the part came in brought it right to my motel !!!!
