Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life , they hang up on me,they make a mistake and tell me they make a mistake and yet I still got to pay for there mistake. If I make a mistake I got to pay for my mistake.So crazy

They told me I needed 2 forms of Identification to cash a check. I brought my state id and birth certificate and they said have a birth certificate is not a valid form of identification. Worst bank experience ever.

What ever low IQ individuals involved with the decision to not only put the physical chase location inside a completely different store but then ALSO not include any signage should be fired immediate. Both professionally fired and then literally fired. out of a cannon to navigate the preventable tragedy of those people reproducing

A bit frustrated again today with this bank! Drove 1:45 hrs. last week, one way to go to this bank only to get there and they're CLOSED ALL DAY during regular banking hours? WHY?? I need cash out to buy an ATV. I've been trying to call them all morning today a week later to make sure I don't drive almost 4 hours again for nothing but they just don't answer the phone!! I'm going to switch banks now, what a hassle all the auto pays and on line set ups.

Only 1 location to serve a 100 mile radius near Roseburg, OR. No outside ATM access or free atm's in the area. Only branch is inside of another business that is located on the busiest street in the entire town. Parking lot and access to said parking lot is a Hazzard and has caused I can't even count how many accidents. The business this chase location (Fred meyers( is awesome! Their parking lot is a nightmare though. Closing my chase account today or tomorrow and moving to nwccu

This is how customer service works with this company. I am a single mother of two small children and have been personally affected by this person (Anna Hird/Gossett). Outside of work Hours or not she should always being wearing her companies name. In these screenshots I am not only threatened with lawyers of a multi-billion dollar company, but also told that she would be protected and it would be my funeral for persuing the allegations made against me. Aside from the fact that myself and my family both bank with Chase (J.P. Morgan), I did as anyone would and reached out to customer service, then the branch manager. I waited 3 weeks and heard NOTHING! Mind you, I'm losing sleep and stressing over the thought of these lawyers taking my kids away, as I was threatened. This employee reaches out to me again to inform me that she was talked to but "like she said, she's protected." It had been two months with no response, no repercussions And no thought to the daily stress this matter took upon me. I have recently had my problem escalated and have conversed with the top people of this branch. And it has been two weeks, with nothing be done. As a single mom of two I have enough to worry about raising my children, while this woman has caused me personal stress in my life due to our situation, she added to it by using this company's name. A mother's biggest fear is losing her children. I have spent almost 3 months with no knowledge as to what was happening with said lawyers.

Fantastic service by Andrew and team got my account going real quick also services were cheaper than a local bank I used to bank with earlier which was very surprising also they have services that other banks are not able give you like I really needed a cheque and they were able to print it off in 2 mins instead of me having to wait for the courier .. great experience ! Great Service !!

In the midst of Covid-19 and the massive fires destroying hundreds of homes in the state, Chase decided to ALL-OF-A-SUDDEN to charge a $12/mo service fee to my sons account which i'm on. I'm a Veteran and their policy is that they don't charge Veterans service fees. Seems odd that this HUGE rich bank, would start charging people service fees in the midst of issue. Northwest Credit Union put out an email letting people know that they will do everything they can to help during the fires. Chase started charging service fees after 10 years of not charging service fees. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE! They are crooks. They do not care about people nor do they HONOR their word about their account policies.

Good job by Trish. I had to establish a new joint checking account using a power of attorney. Trish was able to get the new joint account set up and cancelled an old one out. Trish is a very pleasant, knowledgeable individual and was nice to work with.I use Chase for all my banking. I find that the electronic bill paying function works very well and is easy to use. Equally important to me, Chase synchs very well with Quicken.
