This is regarding the body/paint shop experience. The overall experience leading up to the final result was fine. Everything was timely and the communication was great. Ultimately, I felt disappointed in the end product. I recieved my car back with the driver seatbelt not reassembled correctly, there were areas painted too thin inside the doors, and overspray still on the windows. Im grateful the work was covered by warrenty through Toyota.

These guys at Clint Newell have the best body shop in the country I've personally had a lot of work done here there very thorough. on every inch of your rig and get it right the first time.the personel is very helpful and nice just every aspect is a pleasure to work with these folks if you go anywhere else your not doing yourself a favor so take my word these guys are too notch.i wouldn't say that and don't about just anybody.these guys really deserve a ataboy. So if you want your rig to look good go here.

I am so grateful for the CLINT NEWELL team. Their professionals not only fixed my side panel due to the car wash issue they took a look at my engine, potential problem, and they agree that someone just didn’t put the dipstick down all the way. And they took it a step further and cleaned my engine in the hood and it looks like brand new inside my engine so wonderful to have professional people that take the extra step to show they care more than just a job and this truly includes the team because the front desk people were amazing as well And I wouldn’t of got that service without them. Five star rating from me.

I had my Honda Accord repaired at Clint Newell's Body after a deer ran into the side of my car. They told me the work was guaranteed for paint defects and workmanship for as long as I own the car.
The Door skin that was installed on my car has rusted through because the body technician did not prep and rustproof the installation of the door skin to Industry and I-Car standards, I'm told by several body shop that a very important step was not done in the preparation of the door skin ( Weld Through Primer) would have prevented this type of failure. this is a product of poor Workmanship.
The Body Shop manager told my husband it's not their problem that I have owned the car to long, This is not acceptable to me. I love my Honda and it is in Immaculate shape not a speck of rust on it except for the door that was skinned improperly. take a look at the photos.
My husband has left Clint voicemails to please at least call him with no response, that is just not the right thing to do Mr. Newell.

Do NOT. I repeat DO NOT use Clint Newell's body shop. I should have read the reviews. I brought my car in early July for cosmetic damage to the quarter panel. My car is a brand new 2022 that I had less than a month. They gave me a two week turn around time, and then NEVER returned any voicemails or picked up the phone. We emailed the manager and were finally the part was back ordered, but they refused to give us the car back or help us with a rental. Again, cosmetic. My car was returned to me October 5th after numerous calls and a complaint to the BBB. When I picked it up, we learned they broke the lift gate. It is no longer functioning (won't stay up, just falls). The back seatbelts were not reinstalled, and went to go use the moon roof and it no longer opens. How is that even possible? To have a broken moon roof when I just needed my quarter panel fixed. This was a brand new car dropped off functioning, now my lift gate/trunk is unusable, seat belts are hanging from the sealing, and not functions don't work. Best part? They will NOT answer their phone. I am in tears, it's my first brand new car, and it's been nothing but a bad experience. I don't even know what to do.Service: Body & Trim

Start by saying I took several vehicles over the years there and had no problem . Recently my wife hit a deer Had to have somebody work done And radiator replace. It Took them twice as long as they said It would. They lost a Plastic piece that goes around the Fender and it Wasn't even part of the damage Took them almost 2 months to get another one We picked the car up the battery was dead and the Rear Turn signals didn't work We took it back in they claimed it wasn't them They wanted to charge $65 an hour to fix The blinkers.Through my own investigation I found that they did not plug back in the wiring harnesses on the Rear blinkersThey were dangling underneath the car. They did not replace a broken Sensor That was part of the accident.It was very aggravating dealing with them i We'll not be Using them again.Services: Painting

I will never go there again! Not only did they take almost a month to fix something that should have taken 4 days. They tried to make me and the insurance company responsible for the length of time it took and refused to help pay for rental car fees when they caused the delay which caused the extra fees. They almost never answer the phone. Never returned my phone calls. When they did answer, they were rude and dismissive. On two separate occasions they lied to me on the phone. To top it off they were going to do an oil change on my car while they had it for the "four" days...but 27 days later when I got my car, no oil change was done. Honestly, I'm shocked at the way I was treated. I never lost my cool or was rude to anyone. Did everything in my power to keep the process moving forward and thats how they treat people.
