Worse place to go.. I tried to go get a new phone cause I was tired of my other carrier and the manager lady was rude, didn't listen. I was gonna try for the acp program they offer and obviously she just didn't want to do it. She said system was down even though on my phone it went to the site just fine. I didn't understand how to use the site so went back in 4 hrs later to be told system still down, bs. I'll stick with us cell they actually do there job

I've been a cricket costumer for over 20 years. Never really need to charge my phone because of not having a good charger till today. I was out of my home town of Eugene and had an 8 hour appointment in Roseburg. My charger broke. I am 140 miles from home and moneys tight. I see a cricket store and think... "Perfect!! I've been a loyal costumer for 2 decades," I got in the cute brunette was cool so I plug in my phone to a charger that was attached to a demo. (Mind you I'm dressed nice and driving a nice rig) Out of the back came a snooty blond girl, and she comes unglued treating me like some junkie covered in poop.. tells me I need to leave and the mumbles something not cute. RUDE AND GAME CHANGING! I am officially changing to ATT&T as of Friday!

Horrible customer service. The management girl was argumentative, talked over you, would not listen to you, it was a nightmare! And we have been cricket customers for over 11 years! This by far was the worst customer service! Will never return to that store again! She has no business being in a managerial position

I went in to get mobile hot spot service after several hours the girl told me my phone was to old for mobile hotspot service and needed a new phone, She sold me a 100.00 phone she was suppose to transfer my information from old phone to new phone. I get home half my pictures weren't downloaded. I go back the next day the girl was argumentative, I got a stylus 5G ask for a screen saver/protector she said they didn't have any. charged me 29.99 for a protective case with no screen protector? this girl talked over you would not listen and was very oppositionAl. I ask to talk with the manager she said she was the manager. I ask who owned the franch she said she won't give out that information. The whole experience was horrible. A straight up nightmare. It's never nice to be talked over Not listened to and treated terrible. We have been with cricket over 10 years. and this experience has definitely been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Not sure sure what happened to the guy that use to work here, but this rude girl just turned me and my 800 dollars right out the door! Can somebody please train her on sales and customer service!!! What a bummer.

I am so very impressed with this company. I've had them for 4+ years and they still treat me like they do their new customers. I left Cricket, stupidly, for a month on a too-good-to-be-true quote I got with my internet company for mobile services. Within a month I was back at Cricket begging them to take me back. Well they did. And the woman who helped me was an absolute angel. She got me 2 brand new phones for my daughter and I and got us the best deal I've EVER paid for cell service. I am beyond thrilled and impressed by this amazing company. Thank you Cricket for all you do! Shout out to Sasha for helping us and treating us like Cricket family.

Completely 100% unhappy with Cricket retail locations and there phone customer service. My phone which I got from them less than a year ago, is randomly losing connection to my service, and before you ask yes my bill is payed. I get a UI message saying my phone is not connected to any network. Call customer support and they tell me everything is good on their end and to go into a store to have them do a SIM card test. So I drive to the store on my lunch break from work just to get told that they don't have the equipment to test the SIM and I need to buy a new one. I refuse to pay for something that I didn't break. This is a hardware issue, it is their responsibility and instead of doing right thing they want to nickel and dime the heck out of you. Don't waste you money or time dealing with these people.
