I have stored with Gold Dust twice in the past few years. Both times they provided excellent customer service. Monica took a lot of time with me prior to move-in, answered all of my questions about both locations and went above and beyond to meet my specific needs. Thank you!

Rented online. Got there to put my lock on, and the code they had sent me didn't work. Called, only voicemail. I was prompted (without any action on my part) by Google for a review at that point. I left an honest negative review. Woman called me back about 20 mins. later, not apologizing for their screwup, but upset about the review. She offered for me to cancel and I took her up on it. Only then did she say she was going to charge me for half a month's rent for the "notice period". I could fight it but I will content myself with telling future potential renters about this place and this very unpleasant manager. This was my second bad experience with them. Never again.

Terrible management , insensitive, unreasonable, poor attitude , an down right mean , i was just a bystander but there was no reason for her to act the way she was no matter what the situation. if it were my place, she would have been fired . I do not recommend any place this company runs.

Been looking for a unit for a couple weeks then I came across Gold Dust Storage. I called left a message and with in a hour they called me back got me a storage unit took my payment and set me up all over the phone. One of the easiest time I've ever had paying for anything.

The owners/employees are very nice. I like that they have different payment options like auto-pay. The units are in good shape and the property is fenced in and kept litter free.

Very unprofessional storage facility. After the manager contacted my sister and got into a verbal disagreement over the phone the manager tacked a 110 dollar "late fee" and when the unit isn't even late and informed us that we could eat a d*** on our unit, which contains my grandfather's things who is not longer with us. I am writing this review as I sit waiting for their maintenance man to meet us for almost an hour to get my things out of the unit. I would not recommend these storage units as the owners are not professional at all.
