Kept delaying my package sent it back to Eugene and now it’s not telling me where my package is at! Would definitely recommend usps or another form of shipping

Just had a problem with a couple deliveries and spoke with customer service. They took care of me instantly and solved the problem. The representative was very professional and courteous.

Customer service on the phone was great! And whoever I talked to on the phone was amazing. I couldn't get two large (computer chairs) items delivered to my po box which delayed my item (couldn't deliver to physical address either and apparently FedEx can't deliver some things to PO Boxes???) so I asked if I could have them delivered to the onsite location. The man on the other line said it was no problem and took care of it. When we got to the onsite, I very much could've done without the sass my husband and I received from the two people manning the desk there (could've been Walgreen employees not specifically FedEx workers) complaining to each other, right in front of us, about not wanting large FedEx orders being delivered/stored there. So yeah. If not for that my rating would've been higher as I went through a lot of frustration just getting my order in the first place. I didn't need the attitude on top of that. And having worked in customer service myself I made sure to be calm, be kind, and keep a smile on my face the whole time. Do yourself a favor and maybe find a FedEx OnSite location that is 100% fine with having large packages sent there for pick-up. If I ever have to order furniture again I'll probably be using another OnSite location.
